Nice water mixable paint.
Winsor and Newton makes great water mixable oil paint, maybe not as good as COBRA, but they can hold their own if looking to save a little money.

Apparently buying paint on Amazon is fine
I've always been hesitant about ordering paint online because you can never be sure how it will be sent. I had already traveled a few times to Michaels and couldn't justify another trip, especially with gas prices nowadays. So, I took the risk, tried out ordering a single tube of Burnt Sienna through Amazon. It came tightly wrapped in a plastic film, a little squished, but totally fine. I've used it and had no issues with it's consistency so far. Good to know you can buy through them in a pinch.
