Pleasantly surprised at how good these were
Bought these for a dinner party where I needed gluten free pasta in a casserole. This casserole is an old family favorite that we've made for decades, so I was curious to see how these noodles would fare compared to my standard egg noodles. The noodles cooked up very nicely. They were al dente, not mushy, with good flavor. I did adjust the sauce to pasta ratio because they are significantly smaller in size (I normally use extra wide). They continued holding up even after baking in the oven with the sauce. Got a lot of compliments on the dish.

So far the best gluten free Noodles I have found, but VERY expensive.

Gluten Free egg noodles - haven't made yet
Unable to find gluten free egg noodles in our regular store, so went on Amazon to find. I haven't tried yet, but they do look good. Here's hoping. I will probably make with a cheesy white sauce (gluten free), add chicken to the mix and bake with gluten free breadcrumbs on top.

Love this but are expensive
I wanted old fashioned creamy turkey and noodle soup. I could not find gf and df egg noodles so I decided to buy. I am glad that I did. They were great and held their texture. I will caution that in the second time I safe a soup dish, I made kept the noodles separated until I was ready to eat. They don't take long to cook so I just made enough for one serving at a time. I won't buy them regularly, but I will use them to get the traditional flavor of an egg noodle.

Overpriced, rancid, inedible Zero Stars
These were shockingly bad. Having Celiac disease I wanted some gluten free egg noodles to have with shredded beef and gravy and mashed potatoes. Wasted my beef.Smelled and tasted like rancid cardboard.Packaging was nearly nonexistent so wherever they have been sitting I will give benefit of the doubt but I suspect this is just someone who is taking advantage of the gluten free trend. The texture was fine but I noticed when I drained and rinsed there was almost a soapy smell. I tried a noodle and knew immediately something was wrong. Stupid me went ahead and mixed with my beef and gravy in the hopes maybe they just needed to soak up the gravy. Nope. Inedible. Rancid and stupidly/shockingly expensive for what they were.Thank God for mashed potatoes. The dog wouldn’t eat these either.

Awesome Find
It's hard to find quality, delicious gluten free food. This product is amazing whether you're diet sensitive or not. Will always buy again!

Tastes exactly like regular egg noodles
If cooked al dente the noodles wont become mushy in a casserole that's baked at 350 F for 45 minutes or longer. They are a bit thicker and rounder than some egg noodles, definitely not extra wide. Very good taste and texture that I would not be able to discern from regular egg noodles with gluten.

Too high-priced
These noodles are good for gluten free. Pat, what you get for the price is very ridiculous.
