Good grippy hand exercisers
Convenient and grippy hand exercisers. The logical progression of compression strength provides room for improvement. Well-made, with a comfortable weight and size that make them easy to use during training.

Still using
My son bought this and I thought it was another one of his phases. He still uses them today. It hasn't been a full year but i'm impressed he still uses them. Great purchase

Never found anything like these.
I've never found anything like these. Anything like this is always to weak. These I can build up in hand and forearm strength. Size is great. I highly recommend them.

Quality product, good purchase
My teenage son and all of his friends have loved these. They are good quality. I was afraid the metal grips would be uncomfortable but the boys assured me they were perfect!

Pretty good
My first set was stolen off my porch after being delivered..So, I had to buy a second set.... They are nice... Good for grip strength training..But as far as Amazon side goes... It would be nice if we could talk to someone instead of an automated service to voice our concerns..

Great grip exercise!
For years I've used cheap plastic grip exercisers to supplement my hangboard training and rock climbing. I used a friends name brand grip exerciser and knew it was time for an upgrade so found these. They are very well made and actually hard to use. With the plastic ones you get at sporting goods store I'd do sets 4-6 sets of 50 reps which is a waste of time really. Not so with these beast makers! They are very solidly made, no nonsense grip exercisers. For those wondering about the weights:I'm not a big musclular guy but I'm fairly strong, 6'1", 185lb, deadlifts 400+ with no straps if that gives an idea of my grip strength.100lbs: I can do 60+ reps quickly but doing 20 slow feels like a solid amount of work. Great for warming up150lbs: I can do 40 reps quickly and 15 with a 1 second pause at close is hard. Great resistance for the bulk of a workout200lbs: This is hard. Getting to full close 10 times is a lot of effort and holding close 1 sec per rep I can only do 4-5. This is where gains will come from.I'll be adding something heavier as my strength recovers post-pandemic but for now this is a perfect set for most people. I might add a couple lighter ones for my kids to work on.

Pretty nice hand grips
I got these hand grips for my 14 year old. He said he wanted to start strengthening his body. So I got him these assortments. I read through other reviewers and this set seemed to be the best bang for the buck, with an assortment of grips. He uses the 100lbs and 150lbs. He is working getting up to the higher lbs. To be honest there is no way for me to know if he is getting 100lbs of resistance, but it seems that the higher the pounds the harder it is for him, so if it off a few pounds here and there, it doesn't make much of a difference for my son. He is very happy with this set.
