are these sheets perforated or completely separated?

Not for the last 4 boxes I ordered. Many of the sheets were *not* completely separated!

Is this re-cycled toiled paper?

No. Brand New. Great product but you probably have already missed this one for now. Out of stock.

Is the size of the sheets the same size as tissues? If not, what size are the sheets?

The sheets are about the size of two perforated sheets of regular tissues. However they are much thicker and absorbs better and can be folded over for a nice padded wipe. I am very happy that I found them.
