The media could not be loaded.  First time using this. I'm just using a sweat belt over the cream while I clean my house. My mid section has a good burn. Not in hot or I have to get it off of me type of hot, moreso a comfy burning sensation. Idk if it works. Im going to continue to deep clean my house and check the progress later as far as sweat!Update: started using it again the past 2 workouts, came back for more. Works well since I retain belly water weight.

It gets the job done. Out of 1 packet I get 3 uses out of it. It doesn’t irritate my skin. It heats up in like 10 minutes after you put it on and the sweating begins.

This product is dope, however I would say be mindful of how much you use. The first day I used the whole package and it was too hot. The second I use less then half and it was perfect. I definitely recommend I gave it 4 stars because of heat intensity was a bit much

The cream makes me extremely hot and itchy. And when I mean hot, I mean like a summer day while wearing 3 layers

Definitely can feel the burn but in a good way. It does make u sweat ALOT! I only wish the packets weren't so small. Love this stuff

se siente lo caliente en el cuerpo al aplicar, pero dura un rango de 5 minutos, luego ya nada. A mi criterio trae muy poco producto cada sobre, no lo volvería a comprar.
