I will never order furniture online again. This taught me a valuable lesson. First of all the men who delivered it were very rude, I paid extra for it to be brought into my apartment because I'm disabled and I expected it to be unpacked but they refused to unwrap it which was a huge difficult task for me to do on my own and those 2 big men could have done it in minutes. They were total jerks about it acting as if I were asking them to clean my toilet or something terrible.The chair was much bigger than I expected, it's more like a love seat than a chair and half. It will easily accommodate 2 full sized adults and they will not be squished up together. Something I didn't notice in the photos is the front of the chair is curved in. I don't like that feature one bit. I would have preferred it be straight across in the front. Holy Cow when they said this chair was firm they weren't kidding. I'd say rock hard would be a much better description. I wanted a firm chair because I figured it would be easier for me to get up from but this was so hard it made my butt sore.The fabric is not comfortable, it's soft to the touch but it's irritating. I had to add a 4" foam cushion and cover it with a softer fabric. I also didn't think about it when I bought it but the back cushion is attached. It's really difficult to fluff it up and it didn't take long before it looked really sloppy.After 2.5 years this chair needs to be replaced. At that price I expected it to last longer but the back cushion is sunk down and refuses to fluff up, a piece of wood cracked and I had to put foam over it to keep it from poking me in the back. The springs have weakened and the seat has sunk down much lower into the chair.The most suspicious thing about this chair is the weight of the chair was 100 pounds less than what it said in the description. I asked Amazon about this and they said it couldn't be and that I was mistaken. The weight of the package was in the delivery slip and the weight of the chair in the description was 100 pounds heavier. I am certain I was sent a chair of lesser quality and price than what I paid for. I tried to get some satisfaction on this but Amazon said I was wrong and wouldn't discuss it. I haven't bought anything from Amazon in over 2 years.
