Arrived in great shape and item exceedes expectations!
So far so good! Arrived one day late ( that is on Amazon). Well wrapped in bubble wrap. Laptop is in very good shape with one small ding ( to be expected on a used item and not at all a deal breaker) Overall I am quite happy with this machine.

Description Doesn't Match Title
I ordered this laptop expecting it to have an Intel Xeon CPU but instead got an Intel Core I7-9750H CPU. Mine was a Dell Precision 7740. Now I have to order on a different website to get the correct motherboard with the correct intel CPU to replace the one in the laptop and have to spend money buying ECC ram as the Intel Core i7-9750H CPU does not support ECC ram. The value for money is about the same on other websites. The Laptop is definitely big and has bit of a weight to it making it not that ideal for long-term carrying. The laptop has an okay feel of quality and is about right for the price it is at. I haven't testing anything else other than feeling heavily disappointed in not getting exactly it says on the title or in the description. It is an okay laptop for everyday use, but it's not what I'm looking for. The only good thing is that I can replace the motherboard with a compatible one with the correct Intel CPU.

Unreliable and substandard product
The product broke down in 4-5months of very normal use. Substandard product that just lost me a bunch of money and time.

Weak packaging
The product is good but it was sent with too simple and weak packaging. Thanks to this it came to me with a lateral blow.

Great Dell 17.3 inch computer 7730 laptop
I love the big screen and the keyboard. I can type much better now. Also it is fast loading and fast running my applications. I really love this machine. 64 gb RAM!

Damaged battery and charger
A few weeks after the return window closed the battery failed. When I opened the battery cover I discovered a dent in the battery. I could still use it plugged in. Yesterday the charger stopped working. Expensive paperweight
