Great insights & opportunity to write
I love that you have the journal page below Melody ‘s writings, however I use a Post-it note in that space because I want to use it again next year and compare my thoughts and experiences on a yearly basis

Absolutely Love
This has been a fantastic source for me to identify and reconstruct healthy patterns in all of my relationships - spouse, children, family and work mates. It speaks directly to me in an authentic way that I can truly relate to. The daily meditations are wonderful and help me to stay on point throughout the day.I have honestly recommended this book to more people than I can count - what a life saver!

Favorite daily life guidance work 📚 books
Beattie wrote a 2nd "Language of Letting Go" self help and discovery book. Her 1st and the original edition of the book is a life coach fir ne has been since my divorce in 1991. 1st visit with therapist and she told me to go out that day and buy, begin the book. I've been through one book since then, I referred back to it so much it was worn out, highlighted everywhere, notes in all margins. I still read it and use its guidelines and advice several times a week, 21yrs later. Bedt money ever sent.

Insufficient Journaling Space
There’s barely space for a paragraph if you write small or a couple sentences if you write big. I would rather see a larger workbook with an entire blank lined page to journal in. Most journalers don’t write only a few lines when contemplating self reflecting topics.

Very helpful tool for those in need of this journey.
This is a wonderful tool. A friend offered it to help.However, this was bought used, and a lot of pages have deeply personal things written. I will have to use white out over them.

Beautiful book
This book was suggested by a friend and is really wonderful. It's easy to follow and work through. I don't like that it's dated, because the sections are themed based on the time of year. If you start in the middle of the year, the steps aren't explained and are difficult to follow. That's a personal inconvenience. The book is wonderful.

Great resource
This was suggested by my Therapist and it has been a life changer for me. I absolutely love this book as I can write my thoughts down daily and set the tone for my day.
