Updated 4/9/23: the company reached out to me apologizing and offered a full refund. I’ll definitely buy products from them in the future seeing as they are willing to back up their product. I have had these faucets in my house for about a year and this is the current state. I live the look and feel of them but there are two main problems: 1. These things are loud. I have another faucet installed in the guest bathroom that is similar but a different brand and it’s half as loud. No idea why. 2. The water staining (pictured) makes these things uglier. Not sure why it’s doing that but it is and it’s impossible to get off. For the price point it’s still a decent product but I’m disappointed about the lack of longevity and the sound

I used this for a bathroom makeover, replacing all of our chrome and brushed nickle with matte black. This was easy to install and looks gorgeous. The flow of water is great. In a small sink I've found it easier to wash my face with this faucet (it doesn't protrude too far forward or block your sink basin access the way some arched faucets do). One thing to be aware of if you have minerals/hard water - I am seeing a lot of mineral deposits on the black surface. Granted they built up on the brushed nickle as well, but they are just more noticeable on the black (think pollen on a black car versus white car). I was impressed that the surface holds up to scrubbing. It has not scratched. The handle is easy to adjust temperature with and can be turned on with the back of your wrist if you don't want to touch it with dirty hands. It DOES NOT come with sink drain hardware, so you have to purchase a black drain cover separately. Overall - I highly recommend this attractive and well-functioning faucet.

I bought this facet for a bathroom remodel, and I am very impressed. The unit comes with the hoses pre-attached and installed; the connections are 3/8 inch. Install was a breeze, and only took about 10 minutes. I did have to purchase a Sink Facet hole cover (see photo), which I placed under the facet, as the three holes in my sink were spaced too far apart. I also bought a black sink pop up drain to complete the final look. Overall, I am thrilled the way that it looks, and my guests can't stop complimenting how great it all looks. This faucet was half the price of standard looking ones at Home Depot but so much more stylish. Quality construction and easy to install. Great purchase!

They look amazing to begin with but the finish has worn off and the minerals in the water have stained all the troughs so it always looks nasty no matter how much it is cleaned. If you scrub too hard then all the black comes off and then it looks even worse. Definitely would not buy this faucet again.

You absolutely NEED this faucet. I hoped for the perfect gold tone that was stylish yet simple. This is the perfect addition to my gold/black/white bathroom. My husband feared it would be cheaply made but it is NOT. This faucet gives a high quality look for a fantastic price. You will not be disappointed.

The installation was easy, everything came with the box worked with our install. There are instructions that comes with the box so everything is included for a self install. Tip, make sure you measure the length of your water lines that you'll be installing, I had to buy an extension because we didn't calculate correctly how tall our vanity top was and had to buy an extension. The hot/cold water function works great. The flow of the water is good. Do note that because this is black, the splashes that gets on the faucet will leave water marks though. But nonetheless, I have this installed for months now and have no issues with it!

Has been installed for less than a year & the finish flaked off already. Waste of time. & money for a supposed upgrade

Loved this faucet but had to return as we needed one other the drain plug. Really didn’t want to return it :( it’s incredibly well made! Very solid a sturdy. I love that it’s one piece. I have one similar to this one right now, but the spout is two pieces and it leaks like a sieve.

Solo puedo decir que excelente y de lujo por donde lo veas / un único detalle son las mangueras, las que trae hay que cambiarlas y ponerle unas naciones, se retiran muy fácilmente y se colocan igual de fácil, se compran en la tlapaleria de tu casa y listo.
