I’ll definitely buy products from them in the future seeing as they are willing to back up their product.I have had these faucets in my house for about a year and this is the current state. I live the look and feel of them but there are two main problems:1. These things are loud. I have another faucet installed in the guest bathroom that is similar but a different brand and it’s half as loud. No idea why.2. The water staining (pictured) makes these things uglier. Not sure why it’s doing that but it is and it’s impossible to get off.For the price point it’s still a decent product but I’m disappointed about the lack of longevity and the sound

I used this for a bathroom makeover, replacing all of our chrome and brushed nickle with matte black. This was easy to install and looks gorgeous. The flow of water is great. In a small sink I've found it easier to wash my face with this faucet (it doesn't protrude too far forward or block your sink basin access the way some arched faucets do). One thing to be aware of if you have minerals/hard water - I am seeing a lot of mineral deposits on the black surface. Granted they built up on the brushed nickle as well, but they are just more noticeable on the black (think pollen on a black car versus white car). I was impressed that the surface holds up to scrubbing. It has not scratched. The handle is easy to adjust temperature with and can be turned on with the back of your wrist if you don't want to touch it with dirty hands. It DOES NOT come with sink drain hardware, so you have to purchase a black drain cover separately. Overall - I highly recommend this attractive and well-functioning faucet.

I bought this facet for a bathroom remodel, and I am very impressed. The unit comes with the hoses pre-attached and installed; the connections are 3/8 inch. Install was a breeze, and only took about 10 minutes. I did have to purchase a Sink Facet hole cover (see photo), which I placed under the facet, as the three holes in my sink were spaced too far apart. I also bought a black sink pop up drain to complete the final look. Looked great, one is still working. Unfortunately the other side failed after 6 months. We have hard water, it turns it greenish/blue from the minerals fairly quick and it needs to be cleaned a lot. if you have hard water i cannot recommend these. If not, they look absolutely fantastic...

We were very happy with this faucet for a couple of months, but then as others have noted, the water pressure has decreased to a dribble. We have city water too so it's not like we have hard water with lots of minerals that might clog the water line. I'm going to try to take it apart anyway to see if I can clean it out and get it to work again, but based on other reviews, I'm not optimistic. Although it's cheap for a faucet, you'd expect it to last for at least a couple of years still. Two months is just a big waste of money and time. We have still been using it with the dribble for a month or two, but it is barely functional at this point. Also, installation for our set-up with a small vanity, deepish sink, not much room behind the sink and not being able to see behind the sink, was kind of a pain. Though I'd imagine with enough room it would be fairly simple. Regardless, I can not recommend a faucet that became unusable so quickly. Based on my experience combined with many other reviews, it would seem there is an issue/defect that causes water flow issues. I imagine many of these are going to end up in landfills due to this apparent water flow issue so even if we set aside any sort of obligation to the consumer, it would be nice to see this company step up and cease distribution until the issue is resolved, but I will not hold my breath.

Product went above and beyond expectations, any issues with other products aren’t worthy of a negative review. No ones perfect neither are products. If you see some chipping paint or something wrong then return it for another one accidents happen. Water pressure was too strong I actually turned it down at the valves as it splashed only thing I can think of is this faucet is not for shallow or smaller sink openings. Very impressed with the quality of this faucet. 10/10 recommend and no I’m not paid to say it

It's held up over time and still looks great. Great value for the price.

Purchased in July of 2020 and am now replacing it in October of 2024. Lasted 4 years so not bad but can’t stand to look at it any longer. Functions were still working though
