Center brushes don't appear to clean as well as more irregular brushes but feel more gentle. They do an adequate job after you get comfortable with the different feel of this design.

These extend the life of my battery electric toothbrush, and work as well as the expensive brand name replacements.I recommend them. Have purchased twice now to supply my family.

I purchased these because I have periodontal disease, and the brush heads that come with the electric brush were making my gums recede even further. These fixed that and are much softer then the pack in ones.

In spite of fitting the Oral B brush, they are HARD, not at all soft like the Oral B Sensitive replacement heads. The first one in the package injured my sensitive mouth tissues, and made some of my teeth hurt. (I have been using these Oral B rechargeable brushes for decades with great results, so I know how to use them.) The problem is with these off brand HARD brush heads. They should not be marketed as “sensitive.” I had to reorder the Oral B Sensitive brand. Such a difference!

Not very sensitive. They hurt my gums a little. But MUCH cheaper than CVS. Gonna try soaking in hot water like directions suggest. Otherwise they work fine. Great bargain!
