This is a good pain reliever and natural.

Curamin works well for me, I do suffer far less joint pain and I feel like without the joint pain I have a better sense of overall well being. I am 74 and like to keep busy.

Vitamin is excellent on taking the pain away. I take one when my back or shoulder hurts. Within 20 minutes the pain is gone and last all day. My husband takes 2 for his shoulder. Great product.

I have been taking these daily for several months now , and I do notice some relief from pain. I had a three level spinal fusion surgery , so I have been on narcotic pain medications and after surgery i wanted to be pain free and pill free. Unfortunately that's not the case , as I have lingering pain that really gets too me some days. Narcotic medications have some nasty side effects so I am highly motivated to be free from them . I did the research and have tried several alternatives . I've found Curamin to be the best alternative so far. The key is taking first thing in the morning , and then going for a walk ( as brisk as I can ), and drinking lots of water. Scientifically I don't know if there is anything to support my feeling , but the combination of Curamin , a walk, and hydration really works very well for me . Sitting will definitely make you feel worse if you are in pain - and I believe that getting the blood and digestive system running with Curamin seems like it makes sense. Just taking Curamin with hydration and walking had a far less noticeable effect. Just walking without taking Curamin didn't work . I don't know that I will ever be "pain free" after the accident and several surgeries but I still want to be a great father and husband and be as healthy as possible ! I know there is a bottle of doctor prescribed Percocet for days that are unbearable ; but I have found Curamin to be a very real answer to pain and that has given me hope that normal days don't have to include narcotic pain medications !

It's not a replacement for high powered opiates, but it does take the edge off without side effects like addiction... That's a good start...

Not sure it helps with nerve pain, no difference

I have multiple pain issues primarily my back with a history of surgeries, etc. I won’t say this helped my back significantly...BUT... I injured my Achilles while exercising in 2015. As a retired physical therapist (thanks to my back), I put myself through the treatments I could do at home with ice being my best friend. But the pain and inflammation from this injury became chronic to the point it stayed swollen, and I developed tendinosis which is the step past painful tendinitis. I went to physical therapy, and treatments helped somewhat. But I gave up hope for further improvements. I was in excruciating pain if I walked my dogs more than half a mile. With PT, I became able to walk a mile before the pain was too much to bear. The pain would wake me up at night. Between my back and my Achilles, sleep was in very short supply. My massage therapist mentioned turmeric as a supplement but that a lot of people couldn’t take it because of stomach upset. I also heard that if it didn’t have black pepper added to it, keep looking as it wouldn’t be as effective. Ha! Not the case at all. I started to research to see what supplements were effective. After reading reviews that weren’t related to advertisers, the formulation in Curamin was coming up on top of the heap of turmeric supplements out there. I decided to try a 10-day supply with a what-the-heck attitude. My issues haven’t been particularly improved by nutraceuticals. They were more bandaids on bullet wounds, but something said give it a try after reading reviews. (Thanks Amazon reviewers!) Best. Decision. Ever. A ten-day supply convinced me that, heck, 20-25% less pain was worth continuing. If I slept better because of less pain, well wonderful! I’ve been on Curamin Extra Strength since summer so about five months. I have kept improving. I found myself able to walk further with less pain. It has been a gradual process, but somewhere along the way I’ve improved so that a two-mile walk with the dogs is easy. I’m not in pain when we finish. So much of the chronic inflammation and swelling has decreased. It’s odd to see this crazy range of motion I have now, which is actually too much as result of the original injury. But I’m enjoying walking again. I never thought I would or could. So thank you Terry Naturally!!! Thanks for giving me the relief I never thought possible. If you’re on the fence, try a 10-day supply. Honestly, this supplement/nutraceutical may help you, and it may not. It depends on what your inflammatory issues are. Like I said, it hasn’t seriously improved my back pain, but my back issues are more complex. As an aside, one big plus is I’ve had no interactions with my prescribed medications. It’s the only thing in four years that’s helped me, and I went in VERY skeptical. The people who I’ve recommended it to have reported some amazing improvements they didn’t believe were possible either. I’m grateful to be able to walk the dogs again without wanting to cry by the time I get home. They’re thrilled to have their mom on the road again, too. 😉
