ZaoMascara Volume & Sheating 085 Ebony

I was debating if I should get this or not but I’m so glad I did! The brush is amazing it’s perfect just like the Normal brushes I would normally go for from a disposable mascara. The mascara is jet black and isn’t clumpy it goes in really well coating each lash and making them look thick & full & jet black . It takes a few mins to dry fully so try not to touch them but once it dry it lasts all day with out smudging or running I’m so happy with it. And at the end the day it the most easiest mascara to remove of lashes (so no harsh rubbing it of or using lots of makeup remover) over all the products is great. I also like that it all eco and chemical free which is the main reason I use zaoIf you want to refill it you screw of the white metal ring take it off and put the wand back in the tube as normal and pull out and then take the wand back out clean out the old tube and recycle and put the new one in and put lid back on but don’t loose the metal ring as it keeps it in place.

I mean, it's free of PFAS and isn't tested on animals, so I do appreciate that it might not be able to match the standards of "normal" cosmetics. When it goes on the eyelashes, it is quite nice with a good brush etc. But, boy, it really isn't at all waterproof. I know that its the forever chemicals that make things waterproof, so I do get that, but it's also that it really stings my eyes when it runs, which is all the time. Got a watery eye? The mascara will be all over your face. Then it will sting your eye when it runs into it. Then your eye will run some more because it stings. Then it's all over your face even more...UPDATE: So, I previously gave this three stars and have changed the rating to one star. I had accepted that this stuff would run everywhere because PFAS is what makes things waterproof, and this is supposed to be PFAS-free. However, when I got a cold and started sneezing it out of my nostrils, I put an end to wearing it. Apparently, it is so runny that it runs into my eyes and comes out of my nostrils (the internet told me that this is indeed possible after a couple of days of searching with a feeling of trepidation that I had some terrible disease that was making black stuff come out of my nose). Lo and behold, I stopped wearing this and the mascara and the black stuff disappeared.It might be PFAS-free, but it is not chemical-free; nothing is. I've weighed it up - wearing make-up on my eyes that may superficially touch my skin that contains PFAS probably isn't all that much worse than literally absorbing non-PFAS materials into my actual body. So, I shelved this product, and I think you should, too.

I love that this mascara is clean from any harmful ingredients. However, it has a massive smearing problem. If you have allergies or cry at all you will be a raccoon. Also the packaging is odd- the product itself is inside a plastic container surrounded by a larger bamboo container. The lash brush isn’t great either- it is as basic an applicator as you can get. Product applies unevenly and leaves smears and marks immediately and doesn’t seem to dry fully no matter how long you wear it. Major thumbs down for me.

Ho comprato questo mascara per mia moglie che sofrre di secchezza oculare e diversi prodotti (quasi tutti) le danno brutte reazioni. Questa marca invece la tollera benissimo. In più l'INCI riporta tutti elementi non tossici, il che è senz'altro una cosa positiva. La confezione è arrivata integra e il prodotto era ben sigillato. Questi prodotti una volta aperti vanno utilizzati per non più di 6 mesi. Purtroppo acquistando questi prodotti in negozio, spesso abbiamo visto che dopo poco tempo cominciano a dare allergia. Una volta una commessa ne ha aperto uno davanti a noi per vedere il colore perché non conosceva i codici... è evidente che in quel modo il prodotto compromesso. Questo invece era perfettamente chiuso e difatti non ha dato alcun problema. Inoltre a differenza di altri mascara, nel momento dello strucco non cade neanche una ciglietta. Consigliato per chi è allergico o ha la pelle sensibile.

Le mascara en lui même est top, je cherchais un mascara plus éco-responsable et cruelty free, ce qui sont les caractéristiques majeures de ce mascara!Cependant l'emballage dans lequel il est envoyé va tout à fait à l'encontre de cet objectif d'être plus éco : il était mis dans du papier à bulle (en plastique donc) entouré de pleins de morceaux de frigolites ... Est-ce qu'un mascara à vraiment besoin d'être 'protégé' à ce point ?En plus, il existe d'autre solution tel que de petits morceaux de cartons pliés en accordéons pour protéger un objet dans un colis ...

Wir möchten gerne auf Plastik verzichten soweit es geht und leider tappen wir immer wieder in die Falle. Zum einen aus dem gesundheitlichen Aspekt zum anderen um weniger Müll zu verursachen. Dieser Mascara war leider in sehr viel mehr Plastik verpackt, als ich durch den Mascara selbst gespart habe (siehe Fotos).Das Produkt selbst habe ich noch nicht getestet.

Facile à appliquer mais très long à sécher et surtout, il coule, beaucoup.
