Q: Description says that measurements are “engraved” but the picture clearly shows they’re painted. Which is it?

They are engraved inside the bowl measuring in quarts and liters. Very handy and yes it is engraved. I'll try and attach a picture.

Q: How tall are these bowls?

Each one is different. They are probably just a bit taller than they are wide. Width measurements are noted in the listing.

Q: Are these 18/10 stainless?

Although not stamped 18/10, they are food grade, which would require at least 18/8. That being said they are of very good quality, and I have washed them multiple times in the dishwasher with no spotting, staining, or other rust inhibiting signs. Bought a set for my daughter in law at Christmas last year (2018) and got one for me as I liked them so well. Neither of us has seen evidence of any issues. They stay on the counter very well, with a high quality rubber bottom. I highly recommend!
