I take no prescribed cholesterol meds due to this supplement + Q10 (200 mg). It's higher than a other RYR, but I don't want to sacrifice quality and safety.

This is the best brand of supplements. Most of the brands that I have used for years have been sold and the quality has changed. This has helped me tremendously with cholesterol levels.
