Excellent customer service!
My daughter has a few of these rugs in her home and I’ve always liked them. I ordered one and it didn’t seem to be flattening out after several days. I contacted the company and received a quick response, they sent me another rug and told me to keep the rug I wasn’t happy with! I love this rug and also very pleased withthis company’s customer service

Nice rug
This is a very nice rug. It isn’t as bright of a white as it appears in the photos which I like. I like the real tufting of it since a lot of rugs these days don’t have that. I am glad I bought it!

Prettty but High maintenance
I love this carpet it’s soooooo pretty but After a year I am opting for something that doesn’t look dirty so fast. Also, it can stain. The crevices from the beautiful embroidered pattern can hold dust and other particles in them which are hard to get out with a vacuum( I recommend manually sweeping them with a broom). I still would absolutely recommend this to a friend. It will beautify your place but get ready to clean, girlfriend!!! And I would not recommend to put this in a dining area or anywhere that you plan to eat!!

Love it!
I absolutely love this rug! I got the rug that was around 5’x7” because I have children and I was looking to brighten up my living room areas under my coffee table. I got the natural and grey and it’s so pretty! I also love that it’s not pure white but an off white color like a cream almost.
