The ergonomics of this chair are superb. I had severe muscular back pain and this was the one chair that didn't make it worse or cause it to come back once a chiropractor had solved it.I used this chair for two year in college and it got hours upon hours of use at a computer and doing homework. I bring it with me wherever I can if I'm gonna be gone more than just a couple of days. If mine ever breaks I will absolutely be buying it again. I've had it for around 2.5 years and its only signs of wear are a slightly flattened seat cushion and an occasional sound when leaning back; nothing close to worth replacing yet.My only tiny complaint is that the headrest angle adjust doesn't keep in place very well; it always wants to slowly slide back down to the bottom angle. I also wish you could adjust the headrest back or forward a bit. But if you want that sort of thing, you're looking at a much bigger pricetag than this chair, so no stars deducted.

The experience started pretty bad. One of the armrests arrived broken. Amazon sent me a replacement, and this as well came in broken in the very same spot. I was able to get the one that was not broken, and replace the broken one from the original delivered chair.Less than a week later of using the chair, the chair is wobbly, which is terrible for your back, the chair noise is terrible with the 'creek crack' noises, but worst of all, the chair is tilted to the right.All in all, the last thing you will CALL this chair is ERGONOMIC.Not worth the money, it is going back to amazon. Horrible experience :(, not with one, but 2 chairs.

Instructions are easy to follow. The seat cushion is ok. Not too firm and not too soft. Seat is height adjustable and the arm rest is also height adjustable. I plan to use it for couple of hours daily. Build material is good.Pros :1. Seat is height adjustable2. Arm rest is height adjustable3. Build quality is decent4. I use it for couple of hours daily, so is comfortable for me5. Wheels are good. Rolls easily over carpet.6. Easy to put together by a single person7. Does not look cheap.Cons:1. Makes noise when try to recline. I have a video posted that shows the noise. I have tightened all the screws and done it well, but still makes squeaky noise when try to recline or move.2. Headrest is useless. Although can be height adjusted, but cannot be direction oriented or pivoted. If I try to pivot it based on my head position, it falls back to original position. There's no way to lock the position of the headrest. Only the height can be adjusted.3. Lumbar support is also OK. Nothing too great. I feel lumbar support and headrest is just for looks. Nothing great in terms of functionality.Summary : Just a regular ergonomic "looking" chair.Edit : The above is my review for the first chair that I bought. The customer service was on point. They provided me a new chair and a refund amount. Then new chair that I received does not make any noise and the head rest also pivots. I have used the chair for a few days now, it works great. I would recommend this chair to anyone.

I normally only leave great reviews for something so people know it's worth buying. This chair honestly looks great, is well built and comes packaged very nicely. The company did everything they were supposed to except make this chair comfortable. When I first got it I thought I like it. A couple days later my back is starting to hurt and I finally figured out it was this chair. The cushion is cheap foam. It needs to be more dense but I could feel the board under the cushion immediately. The worst part is the lumbar support. It sits too high and the adjustment isn't enough to "remove" it so I jabs you in the back non stop. This led to a lot of pain after a couple days and thus me having to return it. I wanted to like this chair. It might be worth a shot to you but to me it just was too uncomfortable... that's tough because I feel like the company that made it did everything else right.

Update: The armrests are disintegrating after 16 months of use. Big chunks of them are coming off.Comfortable enough and easy to set up (although I had to figure out how to reassemble one of the armrests that had arrived in pieces).After the first day of use it was quite creaky, and a couple days in it's very loud when swiveling or reclining at all, making it an unacceptably noisy office chair. I contacted Ticova and they are sending a replacement mechanism; I'll update this review again once that comes in.

The left armrest was broken when it arrived. It seems to be a common occurrence based on other reviews. The makers of the chair reached out to me and offered to exchange either the entire chair through amazon or send me the specific part all the way from China. Since I didn't want to deal with a potentially faulty one from Amazon again, I chose the latter. It took about 3 weeks to get here but the replacement armrest arrived and I was finally able to enjoy my chair to the fullest. Besides the above issue I have no other complaints about the chair, it is comfy, keeps cool, and is stylish. I have now changed my rating to 5 stars due to the great customer service.

I was replacing my more expensive leather office chair because I needed more back support! I decided to give this a try and I was really pleasantly surprised. Basically, it works for me on every aspect, no major drawbacks for what it is meant to be used for. The seat could be more cushiony but no big deal since I have my own air filled one. The lumbar support is great and the adjustable head rest too. overall, no negative comments from this customer! I would recommend it.
