Good for walls
Really good for looking behind walls, worked perfect for my use case . The semi hard cable is easy to bend and stay in position

Worked for espresso machine
This came is handy when I descaled the boiler in my espresso machine. You obviously can't really see inside of a boiler so I purchased this to get a look inside, since descaling is a big and dangerous job on these expensive machines, you don't want to descale if you don't have to. This camera showed me I absolutely needed to, and I got some really good before and after shots along with being able to see if you got all the descale solution out of the boiler. It was hard to find an app but they do have some on Google Play that are compatible. It's length is over 15 feet, it's easy to use, functions like a champ, and gives you great quality pictures like you see I posted. There is no battery and just hooked into my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Definitely recommend!

Good fit for nearly all hard to see projects.
Good price on ensuring all the metal shavings were removed from cylinder after spark plug re-thread project. (Of course the first thing I did was look in my 👂🤪)But seriously: easy app and instant speed with clear pictures due to led light on end. Fit into my air compressor (small port), helped my neighbor find the little light sockets behind his 77 chev dashboard... no end to the utility of this (kinda fun) tool. There may or may not be a higher quality item out there, but this one was juuust-right (quality, price, ease).

This will NOT work with every Android and all you money may not be refunded, even if it is broken
I got one of these and it did not work on a laptop or my phone. When I plugged it into a PC USB port, I could see video OK but any touch to the USB cable and the video would black out. I could never see it again even if I unplugged and plugged the USB cable back in - that happened on 2 laptops and 4 USB ports. It did not work on my Moto3G (Android 6) with any of about 10 apps. So it was broken. I returned it - the cost was $22.67 and the refund $17.83 which I did not notice. But it was BROKEN!!!! So I returned it and got a replacement. The second camera worked OK on every laptop on every USB port. Great picture - I was happy. But then I tried to get it to work on my Moto3G (Android6) using all of the recommended apps and a few more in the goggle play store. None of them saw the camera. And I verified that the app had access to everything it asked for (camera, storage, etc). Then I went back to the laptop thinking maybe I had broken it. Still worked great on a laptop. But I really needed this to work on a phone because it is just too cumbersome to drag a laptop around along with the camera where I had to go.So then I thought I would contact the manufacturer - maybe they had some experience with the Moto3G and would have a specific list of apps for me. I could not find an email address or phone number so I gave up and decided to return it. I noticed my $22.67 camera refund was $19.26. And when I checked the first order I realized I was not refunded all of my money for a broken camera. So it cost me $4.84 to return a broken phone and $3.41 to return a phone that was falsely advertised. So do not assume that Amazon refunds your money. I have found several instances where my 2 day prime delivery changes as soon as I order. So double check things.Update: I asked if anyone had gotten this working with a Moto3G Android 6.0 phone and received a number of responses saying others were unable to get this working with any of their Android phones - a total of 16 phones, many, many apps. So if you want to use this on a cell phone you should buy something else.

Not Good As a Borescope
I bought it to use as a borescope and it doesn't focus on anything really close. That being said, it is impressive for a $20ish piece of equipment. I'm sure it will be great for inspecting engine internals and mystery things behind walls.I am not returning it because it seems to be good quality and will serve some purposes around my house.

Nice to have when you need it!
It was well worth the 20 dollars spent. The picture was crystal clear and the app worked great! This is one of those devices that when you need it, it's great to have in your tool chest!

Camera Works, App...IDK
The camera worked immediately when I plugged it into my MacBook Pro. I used OBS for the software. I also used it on my Moto G Stylus. If you read the review from Rick Horwath, you'll find that he recommends an app called "nExt Camera" (Yes the E is capitalized, it is not a typo). That app works great. It does take some figuring out, but I recommend that app. I searched for about an hour looking at reviews of apps, most of which said that the app didn't work. nExt Camera app doesn't have reviews. When I downloaded it, I was told it is under development. It does what I needed it for. I'm taking videos for an underwater robot competition. The camera seems waterproof. I dipped it in about a foot of water and it still works. Updates to come...maybe. The light on the camera is dimmable and you can turn it off. It has a nice roll wheel for that purpose. There are tools. I probably won't use them...so check other reviews about tools ;) The cable is semi rigid which makes it useful, I think, for running through a wall with some control. The images besides the screenshot were taken with this camera.
