I use a 24" length of 3/8" twill tape sewed to the bottom corners of my face masks for a lanyard. Once attached to the corners, by folding the tape in half at the midpoint then folding again in to a point, I can slide a pony bead onto the tape. I use long nose tweezers to grip the folded tape and pull it through. Slide the bead onto the tape about 4" and tie a knot at the folded end of the tape. Now you can slide the bead up to the knot to slip the lanyard over your head. Slide the bead toward your neck to tighten the lanyard and take some of the pressure off of the elastic on your ears. The hole in the bead is the perfect width to give just enough tension on the tape and stay in place. Works like a charm! And a whole lot less expensive than those cord stoppers found in the notions section!

These beads are certainly far better than the traditional beads. They are super easy to clasp in and out of the hair. My eight year old has been able to easily style them in her hair. The reason for the four star review is that it’s not enough in the package. It should come with double for the price.

Not worth one star, but apparently Amazon believes that all crap deserves at least one star! This beads are worthless unless you are purchasing them for your child to dress up their baby dolls synthetic hair; even then I don't know that they are worth anything.The clips will not stay shut with any amount of hair in them. The amount of hair required to keep the clasp shut is so minuscule that the bead then immediately falls out.Completely worthless item. I would still be irritated if I purchased these from a dollar store and wasted my dollar on these! And for the price that is charged?!? Ridiculous!Do Not Purchase

Rlly good dpwsnt break and clips do work, super cute colors. But i suggest to only buy these if u have long hair, looks kinda bad with short.

I know that some might come broken but a lot were broken almost 1/3. Wasn’t worth the effort to return. Oh well

My girls and I love these clips. They’re beautiful and my girls Stan them. I’m so pleased I purchased these clips twice and will definitely purchase them again until my girls get tired of them.
