Good lord this is absolutely marvelous! We could have eaten half of it in one sitting, but the richness of the flavor fills the mouth even after only one piece. Sharpen your knife and slice it to your liking. Fantastic quality AND value.

Let me disclaim: I have never eaten a pork product from Spain before I tried this Lomo Iberico De Bellota Dry Cured Loin from Carmen & Lola. The closest I've come to exotic pork is prosciutto cured ham from Italy and the similar products made in the States. This product isn't even a ham, it's a pork loin. So, I'm no aficionado and the loin is like nothing I've ever had before for comparison. When I ordered, the thought of acorn-fed pork was very appealing to me and now that I've tasted it this is "the best." My first thought while tasting was, "Mmmmm good," and then "This is quite chewy," but I realized it has to be cut thin like prosciutto, paper thin if possible. Seriously. Disappointing Quality for an “Ibérico” Pork Tenderloin
As someone from Spain, I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the expectations of an authentic Ibérico pork tenderloin. The taste lacked the distinctive flavor you’d expect from Ibérico meat, with no noticeable fat infiltration that gives it its signature juiciness and richness. The aroma was underwhelming as well, far from the robust, nutty scent typical of high-quality Ibérico.While the meat was edible and prepared well, it felt more like a standard pork tenderloin than the premium gourmet product it was marketed to be. If you’re looking for true Ibérico quality, this falls short. Decent for an average meal, but not worth the price tag for something advertised as fancy.

I have ordered this several times in the past. And although it was good enough for the price. There are are better alternatives. Unfortunately this delivery arrived spoiled. I'd say that the main reason is probably that the curing processes seems to be rushed for this brand, and it was just a matter of time before this happened. It's very disappointing.

Loin is one of my favorite Ibérico products and this one is a 10. It melts in your mouth and has a spectacular flavor. I will buy it again and again

This lomo is excellent
I’m from Spain. I always loved lomo more than jamón serrano. This is not just regular lomo. It’s 100% ibérico and Acorn fed. So the best of the best and you can taste the difference. I almost finished it and I will be buying another one. You can leave it outside the refrigerator, it tastes better at room temperature.

This lomo is lacking in flavor compared to the 5J brand. Cheaper but not worth it. Disappointing
