The 14mm did the job, some of our rebar was 20mm. Using it on rotation only, medium pressure and eventually got there, done 12 holes with it so far.20mm same as above just a slow process

I have to say, that it didn't work for us. I was attracted by the design, as it looked very sturdy, but it did lose it's edge very quickly, as in we didn't even complete one hole, barely even scratched the surface.We were drilling practice towers for the Fire Brigade, I do not know what grade/type of rebar is used within them, but another make of rebar cutter did manage to drill some holes, though we needed three bits to drill sixteen holes was it I think - it was hard drilling.Yes, we did turn 'Hammer' off, right from the start, and in fact used two drills to make sure no mistakes were made when we returned to the masonry drilling.It is difficult for me to rate this product, as I do not know the steel type; it just didn't work for us.
