Good product
I ordered a Desktop PC and it is working fine. At first there is a beep sound problem and the PC did not start. I thought it was a problem with the motherboard. But once the RAM is fixed properly again, the problem is resolved.

Worst product
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is the worst experience with the company and the product... This is second time when the same problem accured with new product. We bought cpu from Amazon on 31 August 20 and turned it on and the screen showed reparing options , even though the product was new... Then we exchanged the product with same new product after a week ... And again the same problem started when we turned it on... This is pathetic... It wasted our valuable time and money too.... Look in to the matter .....

Do not buy
Avoid! The smps got burnt after 6 months of use. Had to get it replaced locally at own cost and then had to shell out extra for the cabinet. Problems during starting. The pc doesn’t start and has problems in booting up. 16k down the drain.
