Great resource for Aspergers Social Skills
I would like to recommend this book for all Professional and parents who are assisting individuals with Aspergers or and ASD condition. This is an easy to use and very practical resource that I have personally found to be very effective. I am responsible for a Outreach Service to individuals with a diagnosis of Aspergers Syndrome in Ireland. I look forward to other resources for this author.

Great resource
The teacher next door lent me her copy of this and it had lots of great worksheets and activities to use with my students ages 14-22 SDC. I decided I’d buy my own so I could keep it forever.

Like the book...hate the title.
I find most of the lessons in this book (as well as the life skills activity book) appropriate and helpful for my students. However, I hate the title. The "with special needs" part could easily be left off, and the fact that they are lessons on socials skills and life skills would make it apparent who the audience is.

Great Classroom Resource
I found this book very helpful for teaching my students social skills that they will need to be successful after they leave my classroom and will allow them to form meaningful relationships. I would recommend this to any social/life skills teachers needing guidance on curriculum!

Great social skills book!
I teach in an autism unit and use this for our social skills class. It works very well for the high functioning students. I would recommend this book for all high functioning students in upper middle school and high school grades because it does talk about drugs, sex, abuse, etc. occasionally. This book will easily last all school year if you do social skills with students 1-2 times a week! Since I taught it daily, we did this book twice a week and then games and role playing on the other days.

Relevant and Valuable Tool
Provides broad spectrum of essential social skills for young adults with Special Needs. Activities are relevant and easily understood. Structure and content of activities may be presented in group or individual format. This is an excellent complement to the "Life Skills Activities for Secondary Students."
