American Standard 066116-0020A Drain Stopper Assembly, Polished Chrome

This fits perfect with my American Standard Bathroon Lavatory Sink

Works as intended. Seems overpriced for a small piece of molded plastic.

Very nice, solid stopper but did not fit my sink drain, had to return. Good customer service.

I kept trying to find replacements at Home Depot, Lowe’s, and True Value and they never fit right. I finally got the genuine American Standard part that matched my faucet. Very happy and how much more convenient can it be to buy!

The part is genuine. It looks and fits like the original but it still leaks. The old one which was only a few months old started to crack all around the black gasket and I noticed a leak. This new stopper is identical and has a perfect gasket. It is easy to replace with the notch place towards the front of the sink. It still leaks but just leaks slower. I noticed someone else had the same comment but I don't know what is wrong.

The original drain stopper had a removable screw on top cap. Over the years, I would unscrew the top cap to clean the drain. After twenty plus years, the top cap was corroded onto the bottom stopper body. I purchased this replacement. However, this new top cap is not removable. The new top cap is glued on permanently.

Arrived on time and worked well. Top measured1.265 and length from center of seal to flat spot the rod would contact was 3.375. I cut the lock off the bottom so it can be easily removed. The one I replaced was 1.274, still sealed fairly well.I was pleased.

Would have preferred that it had American Standard etched on it as the original did.
