A good product, get alternative tools to assemble
Great product. A little fiddly to construct but best advice is to get a ratchet Allen key and only fit everything loose until you locate all screws. Took me around 3 hours to do the whole job and did it alone. The 4 cushions do come adrift so it’s better to Velcro them so they don’t move . Overall it’s comfortable and looks great . I recommend this product

Looks lovely.
Not the easiest or quickest to put together but worth persevering. Once assembled, it’s a great addition to the garden. My only gripe is the cushions slip apart but some Velcro solved that.Stacks well when not in use and I bought a cover for the winter.Once inside and laid down, could snooze for hours!

Lovely day bed!
Why did you choose this product over others?:Lovely day bed. A bit fiddly to put together but with two of us, it was quite manageable. As others have commented, some Velcro would be a good idea to stop the cushions from constantly sliding around/off. Had to contact the seller due to a slight issue with DPD delivery, not the fault of the seller but on contacting them for assistance, they couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service from them.

Highly recommended
I have put this together today not having done so when I purchased it last summer, I had it stored covered in the garden and was concerned it might have gone rotten and mouldy however it is so well packaged it's as good as new! The instructions say 2 people however I did it on my own. It is excellent quality, all the parts were there and instructions straight forward, it took me a leisurely afternoon. The only really fiddly bit was the canopy, due to the angle of the poles the holes do not align easily to fit the screws it took a lot of faffing about, and then when I finally finished it I realised that the poles need to be pushed through tubes in the cover 😕 so I had to unscrew one side to thread them through, it then took me a considerable amount of faffing to get the screws to align again, but I did it! I will sleep well tonight 😴. Very pleased with the finished product, looking forward to using it over the next week of fabulous weather 🌞.

A Birthday Gift That Turned Into a Month-Long DIY Odyssey
My husband and kids bought this for my birthday — what a journey it’s been! At one stage I thought it might not be ready until my NEXT birthday.Timeline:• 11th July: Purchased. Due to arrive on my birthday (12th). All good — or so we thought.• Delivery: Arrived in three separate deliveries over two days. Each day was a surprise as to what, if anything, would turn up.• Assembly Part 1: Husband and son began assembling… only to realise no washers were included. Emailed customer service. They replied within a day and said they’d post them out.• Washer Saga: A week later, nothing. Chased again. Five days later, washers arrived — all 13 of them… when we needed about 30.• Part Problem: Also discovered one canopy part was bent. Another email. Was told there’s no quality control as China handles that, not the distributor.• Final Stretch: To their credit, the missing washers and replacement part arrived by courier the next day.Assembly Part 2: Finally able to build it — exactly one month after my birthday. Took hours, despite my husband being pretty handy. Instructions? More than useless.Final Product:• Build quality is poor (but it’s £260, so expectations adjusted accordingly).• Cushions slide off constantly.• Canopy slightly wonky and cover won’t sit straight.Overall: Not the smoothest buying experience, not the sturdiest product — but for the price, it’ll do. Happy birthday to me! 🎉

Don't tighten the screws until the end
Yes it's a bit fiddly to put together, it probably took me around 2.5hrs in total but it was very worth it. It's not difficult, there are just a lot of screws. I read here about not tightening the screws until the end & that's great advice. I also read about getting heavy duty velcro to stop the cushions sliding, also great advice.I'd buy this again for sure, great price for a great seat. It is a lovely addition to our garden, comfortable and plenty big enough for at least two adults. It feels really sturdy too, not flimsy at all. No hesitation in recommending this item

Don't bother buying this product!
After reading the reviews I decided to buy as I thought the good reviews out way the bad but I so wished I'd listened to the bad reviews! The products an absolute joke! Several parts were missing, the stickers were on the wrong parts! The bolts provided weren't even the right size! Where there was ment to be holes cut out there wasn't! The canopy cover was ripped. The customer service is shocking, they wanted me to pay to return the product! There said the reason the bolts didn't fit is because the one side is screwed in to tight how can the side be screwed in to tight when there wasn't even holes for the bolts to be in!? The sides that did have holes in the bolts were way to small. In order for me to but it together I had to go and buy my own nuts, bolts, brackets and a drill piece to drill where there was ment to be holes! When asking for a partial refund they said "no but we can offer 20% of a rain cover". Don't waste your money!!
