This is an excellent quilling kit, particularly for a beginner or someone like me who hasn't done it since school, I wanted to get a set which had everything I could possibly need to pick it up again. The choice of colours included are incredible, the cork board, pins & pattern sheet are welcome additions, & it's so easy to fill up the glue 'dispenser' with PVA or something similar, reading the reviews prior to me ordering I saw a LOT of people complaining that the glue wasn't included in the set, but it doesn't say anywhere in the description that you SHOULD get glue, it's clearly stated that it's only the squeezy bottle!The only thing that I think is missing from an otherwise great beginners kit is some basic instructions on what each tool is, what they're used for, how to get started & so forth. Obviously you can Google the first steps or watch video's on YouTube, but personally I feel that as this is sold with beginners in mind it should be something that isn't overlooked, but as I say you can research elsewhere. The items did come in a flat brown cardboard box, almost like you would expect a book to arrive in, & all the tools are loose inside. Some form of 'Quilling Craft Box/Carry Case' would be a great addition, & I for one would be willing to pay extra for such an item. I had to spend time researching with other Suppliers/Sellers to get one suitable, which isn't the end of the world, it would just be nice to get it all as one unit.

Easy to use and great starter kit

4 stars because no instructions and the cork under the white quilling guide was cracked.On the plus side, loads of paper and enough bits to do everything you want re quilling, 2 tools, tweezers, scissors, glue bottle, pins, 2 guides and a quilling buddy( I have never seen one before)A guide would be handy as you also need a few bits to get started. I wanted this to leave in caravan so it’s ideal.

I have really enjoyed using this. Doesn't come with instructions so I had to watch some videos online but that's fine. The curl aid thing shaped like a person was a bit fiddly as the hole was not big enough. For the price though this kit is fantastic, I am so glad I got it as I have had a lot of fun.

Good for the money

Bought this kit for my 11 year old daughter who wanted to try quilling. Great beginners kit with lots of beautiful vibrant shades of paper included. Tools which were in the set were really great including a really cool little glue bottle which was just perfect for precise sticking (no glue included though).Would definitely recommend. Even though it has no instructions you can find huge amounts of tutorials on YouTube and Pinterest. Hours of paper fun, thanks!
