Q: So the halos are LED and the low and high beams are halogen?

I'm not sure about low beam, but high beam yes. FYI they look great!!! I have the all "chrome". Think about the look of your Z3 to see which would look better

Q: I have seen reviews about these getting moisture inside. Is there any warranty to protect against that issue?

No moisture on mine. Dont know about warranty.

Q: Are instructions included?

No instructions came with mine, however, they are plug and play for the high low and marker/signal lights. You will need to tap into the marker lights to power the halos, and there is a fog lamp connection which I chose not to use.

Q: Will h7 bulbs fit in this?

It comes with the bulbs. Dont know if those others will fit
