Excellent supplement that allievate the symptoms of a chronic fatigue I have, I can feel it working 10minutes after consuming. Quite incredible and I'm sure it'll contribute to overcoming my condition. Keep up the good work. I am sure it contains what it say it does.

Makes a big difference.

Poor quality and upsets my system. The Double Wood one is a soy-derived phosphatidylcholine complex, not pure phosphatidylcholine. It provides 1,200 mg total phosphatidylcholine complex, but only 420 mg actual PC per capsule. The rest of that 1,200 mg is other phospholipids and soy material — sometimes including trace lecithins, isoflavones, and oxidized fats. Had to stop taking it. Complete waste, only used 5% of bottle.

They works. It helps with digestion, I believe they increase bile flow. No regrets.

I would have loved to use this -It is a very good product- however my sense of smell is too strong. Thus I could not take it. I had to return it.
