This hair nail and skin supplement with collagen assists to be of high quality, as is expected from this well-regarded brand, Pure Encapsulations. Whilst it’s difficult to attest to a supplement’s effectiveness, this one here has contributed to better skin and, I think, better nails. Whether it helps with hair growth, I can’t say for sure but it appears it fits contribute. The product is easy to use thanks to the capsule’s small size. Products by this company come at a premium price but in terms of value for money, it assists with it.

I've been using these capsules for about 3 weeks now, and I don't feel as though I have noticed a big difference, so think you probably need to take them for longer. The ingredients are good, though the strength level of collagen is lower than other supplements I have had before. They are easy to take, but the capsules are not small so you do need to make sure you have a decent amount of water with them. It's worth noting that they aren't suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Firstly these are not vegetarian/vegan friendly as they contain biocell collagen. This is derived from chickens. The capsule is vegetarian but if you are strict and don’t consume animal derived additives please don’t buy. The size of the capsule is quite large but I found it easy to swallow with water. They need to be taken with a meal like most supplements. The ingredients seem good quality and there are no nasties. No gluten or binders. I’m unsure why the price is so high? At £52.00 pound for 60 capsules, taking twice a day with food, this is a 30 day supply, and it’s not sustainable unless you have a big budget. I don’t feel able to comment on effectiveness as I haven’t been taking them long enough. As I’m of a certain age my hair and skin are aging and I’m hoping these can add some nutrients and improve my skin elasticity. But no idea on their actual effectiveness.
