Nice Compact Stop
I like this so much better than knob stops; these are somewhat tight to turn and the lever stubby, so it's maybe not the best choice for an application where accessibility is important. But the tightness is I think a result of a better seat in the valve. No leaks, no issues.

Did anyone get a compression ring with this valve.
Well got one with no compression ring, set up for return, and replacement arrived today with NO compression ring. The photo clearly shows the compression ring but the description doesn't mention it. Also, the product description says both Iron and Brass for the body of the valve.

Quality
This is a well made, easy to use valve. This unit is a straight valve which you need when you need as opposed to the angle valves which are more typical. Quick easy installation, heavy unit indicator of quality and 1/4 turn. 1/4 turn is huge when working on plumbing. Really easy and quick to close and open the valve. Don’t think too much this is an easy choice.

The bottom valve nut does not rotate, making it difficult to impossible to install in some locations, and making its final position difficult to set. I returned it.
