This is the worst shower head I have ever used.And it appears to be a previous customer return, it wasn't packaged as I would expect it and the restrictor WAS NOT installed.The Good is it is all metal.The Bad.First, the metal ring you remove to clean the head is SHARP and you can cut yourself when removing it. Not a deep cut, but more like a paper cut. Anyway it's too sharp. The edges are machined at 90 degrees, there "should be a slight bevel on each side to remove the sharpness. A sanding disc on a moto tool does a good job. You don't need a lot, just enough to take the edge off.Second and most important. At 24 inches from the head, the shower spray converges to less than 2 inches.With the restrictor removed this is painful. Since the restrictor was NOT installed, I tested this first.With the restrictor installed the spray still converges the same and it is not longer painful, just very uncomfortable.With the very narrow stream of water it is impossible or at best very difficult to rinse.This would be a great head for a hand held, but not for the main shower head.Since I modified this to make it safer, it is no longer returnable.... So, I am going to try to cut the rubber nozzles to make the holes larger increasing the water FLOW which should also slightly reduce the water pressure and possible correct the convergence problem. If it works, this "could" be a fantastic shower head. This is the third shower head I had bought trying to get some kind of pressure out of our water source which is a well. This shower head is AWESOME!!!!!!! I wish I had found it on the first try but I am so happy I didn't give up. If you need more pressure you have to get this shower head. I have had it a week and every day I say to myself "I LOVE THIS SHOWER HEAD' every time I am in the shower. It took about 2 minutes to install including taking the old one off. I am getting another one for the other bathroom. This is a great product!

Very good shower head. Needed to replace an old shower head that didn’t produce water pressure anymore. This shower head was easy to install and works great.This is one of the best shower heads I have ever installed. Most have weak flow even after removing the flow restriction piece. Not this shower head. It has a strong flow that feels great. I love this product and I highly recommend it if you like pressure in your shower stream.

My shower head broke and I was looking for a quick and cheap replacement. So glad I got this! The water pressure with this is amazing! It was almost painful the first time I used it, compared to my old shower head. Once you get used to it, other shower heads just don’t suffice.

Shower head has nice finish. Matches other brushed nickel accessories well. Uses less water than the one it replaced while providing a more concentrated spray. Satisfied

Very simple install, nice finish, very good flow even with restrictor in place. The shower gives a tight pattern which is not adjustable. What we wanted, so perfect to us, but just something to know.
