Works great, powerful, gives off great light. A little on the noisy side, but probably because of large motor.

low noise level, works well by dehumidifying quickly. Depending on the age of home and the installation opening, it may prove more time consuming to install. This is my second one of these and really does it job.

I used this to replace a 40 year old Nutone fan of the exact style. It did the job, preventing a partial remodel of the bathroom. It is loud but does draw. So glad they still make this style for their legecy customers.

Had first one for 11 years. Fan died. I did not know they still make replacement fans for $35. Would have bought one of those instead. However, I tried replacing the entire fan system with a couple different new ones (to get a more modern look and brighter light) and you can't find any that fit a 9x9 inch hole. Also, the new fans are super quiet. I need a loud one because the bathroom is next to the dining area and it provides some discretion. I noticed that this model, even though the same, seems to be a bit different in that you can now fit a modern LED bulb in. The housing on the old one was smaller and would not accommodate the length of some LED bulbs. Also, the materials on this seem a bit more rugged too.

Works well but looks cheap. Does not sit flush with ceiling due to the rim of the metal plate that the light attaches to. Clips that hold grill in place knock drywall into the light every time I adjust it so it always looks dirty. Housing box is square, so all of the open ugly corners of the metal box show through the cheap plastic grill. Disappointed, as I was replacing a round Nutone from 1981 that was made much better than this-with a round housing box and metal grill with a cover to hide the housing.

It's really loud - and I LOVE it for that reason. Now, installation, wasn't a piece of cake. I removed a square, box-mounted fan with a heat lamp, and this was a major pain in the butt to install. Even now, there's a 3/8" gap all the way around it, where it meets the ceiling, but you can't tell that it's not meant to be that way. I may, eventually, 3d-print a shim to fill that gap. I HATE bathrooms that don't have exhaust fans, or the fans are so quiet that everybody outside the door hears all of your business!

If you have one of those old metal with a coil bathroom heaters this will probably work as a replacement exhaust fan for you. It fit in the ceiling hole perfectly. It worked well. Was quiet.

I had to replace one of these as the fan in the original had failed. It has a rather large footprint and only another one would work as the diameter is about 15 inches. There isn't another one on the market that would cover the original installation. In my case, it was an easy install, I just replaced the insides with the new fan fan, about a 2 minute job, installed the new light assemble, and snapped on the cover. In total, about 30 minutes. However, if it is a new install it can take much longer to do but really no longer than any other bathroom fan. It looks much better than the old fan as it had aged a lot over 15 years or so.

The look of this is great but the way the wiring is is a bit obscure. We bought this for our rental suite but comparing it to the one we bought for our bathroom. I regret not spending the money and buying a better one. This one does not come with a wall switch. Perhaps we missed this info while reading the info before purchasing. And now finding one is a challenge where we live. The way they have you wire it seems a bit obscure. And don't have it so that the moisture sensor bypasses the switch so that it always remain on like our other one. That might be because it's not connected to a app. There's been quite a bit of other cuffufal with this fan. And if we didn't spend the time installing it and needing it asap for our rented then we would have definitely returned it and spent more money on a different fan.

The light is flashing and not working promptly. This is garbage light.
