I prefer to use unbleached products when at all possible, but I usually don't do that with parchment paper simply because I did one and it was garbage. That was a store brand. This Reynolds Kitchens Unbleached Parchment Paper is awesome! It performs as well as the classic pure white parchment paper from Reynolds, just without the bleach. My cookies and bread and bacon all come off of this parchment paper easily. Cleanup is a sinch. I was able to do multiple bakes with each sheet. Will be using this from now on:)

Works great for baking. Did not burn or turn brown in hot oven while baking my sourdough bread and bagels! Nothing stuck to paper and I was able to use the sheet for several bakes! (Saves money, less waste) Thick, tears easily off roll.

I used this Unbleached parchment paper under a large charcuterie buffet, and it worked perfectly! It made the setup look clean, rustic, and stylish while protecting the bar top from spills and oils. The parchment serves well to keep the pan clean, and it also helps keep the bottom of the bread or cookies from burning. I was anxious that the parchment says it is safe up to 425 degrees, when the recipes for sourdough call for a 450-to-475 degree oven. It performed fine at 450, however.

Es importante anotar que no sustituye al papel encerado ni es lo mismo. Si lo usas en frio casi no se nota la diferencia, pero si lo usas con calor vas a notar que el encerado deja rastros de cera en la comida, se quema y puede pegarse. Al contrario: el pergamino está recubierto con silicón que resiste muy bien el calor, evita que el papel se queme y sirve como antiadherente. Yo no le he encontrado otro uso aparte de recubrir moldes y charolas para hornear. El producto es bueno, viene en un empaque normal (como cualquier rollo de plástico o papel de la cocina) y su precio es el adecuado considerando que no es tan fácil de encontrar en general. Yo casi nunca lo corto con la sierra que viene en la caja, más bien lo corto a la medida con tijeras o con un doblez.

Searched for silicon free baking paper for some time. Although it says non stick there is no mention of silicone so took the chance. Good quality and thick. Would recommend.

It arrived quickly and is as these things go reasonably easy to open- so no tearing of my skin so that is a definite PLUS. it works very well on the bottom of a cake pan and is reusable too so I couldn't like it more.

It costs a tad more than other brands. However, the quality is durable enough to be reused without any problem. And it's easy to cut/tear to desired size and shape thanks to the grid lines, hence minimizing wastage.

Much too expensive for something that is just a roll of coated paper. Works ok in a wet palette
