I bought the Olive Paper Rope basket and it’s well worth the price! The color is not exactly an olive green, but more like a dark grass green as shown in my pic’s (which is even nicer imo than the color of the ones shown online). It’s very sturdy yet lightweight enough for picking up and moving from one place to another, especially with its handles - this would be based on what, and how much you put in it though. I bought it for my sunroom to use for tossing some throw pillows that are on my sofa when I want to lay down on it. If I decide not to use it for this purpose, it’s perfect for storing magazines, or a throw blanket. The configuration is such that the magazines won’t fall over or get curved/curled like they do if put in a round basket. The design weave is nicer and more unique than any of the ordinary baskets that are for sale by the hundreds (maybe even more) on Amazon by other manufacturers (that are much cheaper). To be fair, I also have a couple of baskets by Fab Habitat, and I have to say they are just as good and about the same price - the difference being in the colors, shapes and dimensions offered. For anyone who has one of theirs, this is quite similar in quality. I was looking for a beautiful trash can for my office and came across this piece, which filled the bill entirely. It's capacious and really quite lovely and a very unusual, subtle color. I love it!

This is a sturdy, firmly framed, beautifully made basket. It does have a strong hyacinth scent, but I love that earthy quality. It does narrow at the bottom, so works for a single stack of folded laundry, and it's nice and deep so holds a full load. I use it to run laundry up and down the stairs of an old row home with the laundry in the basement and the clothes mostly up on the 3rd floor. It's lightweight with sturdy handles and stands well on its own. Also, the hyacinth is smooth enough to not need a liner, but probably wouldn't throw my tights in here anyway. Would recommend.

I was surprised, actually, that two big baskets could be shipped “ground” and arrive in perfect condition. They are well-made and are going to be perfect laundry baskets, They are on the small side, but I separate my laundry into two loads, so the baskets work just right and make the laundry space look attractive.

Love the look, size, and feel of this basket. It so versatile and can be used in different ways. Was looking for a ascent piece to place under my foyer table and this basket did not disappoint. I had looked at others but this one was the correct shade and look I was going for. The detail in the design is unmatched. Very well made. Unlike what I saw other people state, my basket did not have any smell to it. Basket is medium-large size without being too big. Pictures show true shade of basket with its nice natural color tone.
