I have this rug at the side of my bed, so I don't freeze my feet on cold hardwood flooring. I needed a neutral color and skid resistent because my dog jumps on the bed, but would not if there was not a rug there for her. I do wish it was a bit wider, but the 24" width is still pretty good.The rug has a lovely antique "aged" look to the pattern, and just enough nap that I do not feel the cold when stepping on it first thing in the morning.I have never had these rugs slip around, even though we have 2 large dogs who walk on them daily. They are thin, but vacuum nicely. I've never had the vacuum suck them up either!If you need inexpensive washable rugs that look much more expensive than they are, consider these. My favorite one is the Maples Distressed Lexington rug. It has a warmth to the neutral colors and an understated elegance, because it isn't bright colors or pop-out flashy. Plus, my Great Pyrenees fur monster dog loves to lay on it at night.

I needed a rug for the top of our stairs. I was worried about having a rug that moved as we don't want anyone to fall. This has been excellent. Not 100% skid free but doesn't move much at all and is thin enough it doesn't get kicked up or tripped over. Lays perfectly flat.Update: I liked this rug so much we ordered another for our doorway. Definitely one of the better buys we have made.

I bought 4 to put in my kitchen after our dog and general wear and tear had made my current ones look very shabby. I was worried these would be too dark, but I'm actually glad they are. They look great, even elegant and no muddy paw prints show. And they are easy to clean! They feel soft and plush under foot. For the price they are a bargain. EDIT: they are easy to wash despite another review saying theirs fell apart. I never read the how to wash, but I used an oxy detergent and cold water on delicate cycle. They came out great. I air dried. One had alot of dog paw mud that did not come out, so I used carpet cleaner on a damp rag and it came right out.

I have been looking for non-slip, machine washable rugs that don't look like they belong in a bathroom. I am delighted with these rugs. I have a dog that had surgery and cannot be on my slippery hard floors and these rugs are not only beautiful but functional. I have not washed them yet so can't speak to durability but at this point I'm just happy my rugs all match and don't look like Grandma's bathtub mat!

I purchased a runner and a rug to go in front of my frig. I can't say enough how glad I am that I shopped around and made this purchase. I was so tired of using non-slip pads under my rugs in a high-traffic area. It takes twice the cleaning and I was over it. I looked around on several sites but kept coming back to these rugs. They are beautiful and withstand a lot of traffic. Being able to throw them in the washer is really what sold me. I love them and I will be purchasing more of these for my hallway and utility room. Great value for the money.

I have bought before from this company, maples rugs. The quality is consistent, they are reliable I know I am getting the size, design and color I am expecting! Thats huge, especially when buying online. I wanted to leave a good review also because the price point is so affordable I am able to switch styles frequently which I love because I am a decorator at heart and I always love change things up! I am very happy with this rug, and will buy again from this manufacturer when I need another. It is made in America, which means a lot to me, by a family owned business. I purchased this rug after first purchasing a much more expensive rug for my entryway and not liking it at all. This rug is lighter than it looks in the picture. The creams and tans are more prevalent than the darker colors. Since it’s at the door, I considered sending it back but decided to keep it. I really just like the muted pattern and the color scheme. I’ve had other, smaller rugs from this company and have been pleased with the quality. Also, it’s a nice feature that they’re machine washable. I always just lay them on a rack to dry.

I purchased this runner for a main floor hallway. I find the colour to be very attractive and the carpet seems to be good quality. The backing is non-slip, and I can confirm the runner does not move or slip (which was important, as it was purchased so no one would slip on the hardwood floor while heading to the bathroom or living room). I am happy with my purchase. The rug is lovely.

Great looking neutral rugs. I purchased 3 for an intersected entryway and they really brightened it up. Alot of traffic in area appreciate the non skid.
