I have bought them before. They are very comfortable and prevent build up of skins,corns etc. They are washable. They are a little expensive but I definitely recommend them.

They look good and fit easily. But the attachments between the toes break easily when putting on your socks. The sock adheres to the material, pulls on the cushion, dislodges it and you then have a cushion somewhere in your arch with either one or both toe straps snapped. They would be much improved if a) the product was stronger and b) a tighter fit. You might be better off with a material metatarsal support with a built-in silicone padded cushion. I kept with it, however, by putting on socks very very carefully! (Do you time for all this?) But they still could break and roll up into a squidgy sausage roll either on the metatarsals or under your foot arch as soon as you pushed your foot into the shoe. The flimsy nature of this product makes them difficult for me to recommend.

Yes they do help alleviate the pain from the pressure placed on your forefoot due to walking or standing.So far they have been the most comfortable to wear and they really do make a world of difference.Bit fiddly to put on as I think they are women sized, but they do stay in place if positioned correctly and that was after I put my sock on.Silicone was not to thick that it was uncomfortable and it has holes in it so quite breathable.My only gripe is the Silicone straps which go over your second largest toe always stretch and break quite easily so you will go through a packet quite quickly unfortunately. Hopefully this can be addressed by the manufacturer.Price was good too.

These are a good size and great texture for support and relief from metatarsalgia.However the support strap that goes between the toes - although very comfortable to wear can snap off very easily during wear - making the product not useless but much less effective as it slips up or down the foot without it.This is such a shame as I have so many positives about this product- they are easy to clean - rinse with soap and water and lay out to dry multiple times and they come up like new.However because the toe support strap breaks so easily I have to repurchase often and regularly - which I do as this is the best product I’ve found for my condition by far and I have tried a few others.So it’s only 4 stars because of the toe strap. otherwise great product.

How such a thin like gel can give so much relief to the ball of one's foot.

Whilst the padding did mean there was some relief for my foot pain whilst using them, the rubber is so thin and flimsy around the toe that it snapped at first use and then the pad just moved around a lot so became uncomfortable and useless. Not great! They need to improve the thickness of the material that goes around the toe.The benefit is that it is a pack of 4 so you have a few more to try once they inevitably break.Also, being as it fits over a middle toe rather than the big toe like some others do, all 4 pads can be used on either foot - handy if you only have the issue on one foot whereas others are specific for left or right foot.Summary - gave some relief but won’t be buying again!

Not really tested them yet but look and feel very good

Not quite up to standard not really described certainly not worth what I paid and felt it was cheap made goods imported from china. Total waste of money.
