Does it work well for More coarse hair?

Just in case others check these questions too, yes, this beard straightener brush works well on thick and course hair. Especially with the temperature's range between 250°F to 450°F (120°C to 230°C). It's my first day with this, but I'd say 250°F to 320°F will work well for thinner beards around 3inch-5inch, and over 300°F to maybe 375°F should work great for most other beards. It does get very warm around 300° or so, but it won't burn you and actually feels rather nice and therapeutic, so higher temp is okay. If you're someone for a thicker, coarse beard, I'd say to start somewhere over 300°F, use the straightener for about 30 seconds or so, then if that doesn't do much, repeat that process again and keep working your way up in temperature until you really start to see a noticeable, significant difference in your beard, however I wouldn't recommend going any higher than 400°F, even 350°F to 375°F can be very warm. For me, my beard is sorta rough, but not very dense, and it's about medium-length (4 inches), and what works best for me is about 300°F, and takes about two to three minutes to complete the straightening.

Hello, There may be a little steam that comes off the brush the first time you use it due to the changes in humidity in your environment and the rapid heating ceramic plates.
