Wealth Magick: The Secrets of Extreme Prosperity (The Gallery of Magick)

I have purchased and read all of the Gallery of Magick's books and found them extremely instructive and without the meandering I've found in so many other modern magic books. Damon Brand and the rest of the GoM write in a particular style and they get right to the point. It's true there aren't a lot of explanations, but as other reviewers have mentioned, pronunciations, classifications of spirits, and the like are subjects of hot debate. It's all to easy to get bogged down in all of that and never get on with the magic. I appreciate the GoM for resisting the urge to show off their knowledge and start yet another debate. Yes, it is true that you have to have a fair amount of trust when doing the GoM's workings. Personally, I trust that the magic has been tested and it is sound. I also trust that it is safe. If you have a hard time trusting, however, you probably want to skip these books and stick with the piles of books on magic currently in print. The GoM's books are different from the rest of them, and I find it refreshing. I'm sure others will agree, but you may not. Luckily, there are plenty of reviews letting you know what you're buying. As far as "demonic spirits," I was very reluctant to pick this book up, but I bought it because the Daily Practice was recommended in another of the GoM's books. When I read the book, I was surprised to discover that there's only one ritual involving a supposed demon, and it wasn't scary at all. From the hysteria in the reviews, I was expecting some kind of terrifying conjuring. I should have known better, but I'm still a little new to this type of magic. Just like the rest of spirits, there is a lot of debate involving what "demons" actually are. They may or may not be what we think them to be, and if you're doing magic at all, you're running afoul of the Christian Bible anyway. In Galatians 5, witchcraft is blatantly listed as a sin, and Simon the Sorcerer wasn't exactly an exalted figure in the Bible. So if you're worried about being banished to hell for working with demons because the Bible tells you so, you really should skip magic altogether. Before everyone goes batty smacking me down, *I'm* not saying that it's wrong. I'm merely pointing out what the Bible says. If you're thinking of counter arguments and are about to point out that there are different interpretations of the Bible, and you're only working with angels, and lots of holy people worked with angels, then you just made my point for me. This stuff is not black and white, so if you're having trouble thinking about working with one of Old Sparky's associates, then you don't have to. To those of us who might be a little nervous working with entities we don't quite understand and fear they might get out of hand, don't be afraid to read this book. You might find your mind opened a little. Mine certainly was. I have decided to do this working in its entirety, but I feel that I need to prepare myself a bit and get a little bit more experience under my belt first. Luckily the GoM has a couple of other really great books on changing one's outlook on money and getting the energy of abundance flowing. The truth is, I do wish the GoM would tell us more. It's obvious they have a vast wealth of knowledge, and their writing styles make it so much easier to understand than the other books I've attempted to read. I say attempted, because I usually don't finish other books on magic because they're full of the author's opinions and poorly worded explanations. The GoM constantly tease on their website and in their books that more books are in the works, as well as a more theoretical book, and it's hard to wait. I have to remember that the GoM isn't sharing their knowledge to get rich. I'm sure these book sales, while it's nice to have the income, are hardly bursting their bank accounts. They're doing this for other reasons than money, and I for one am very glad to be interested in magic while these books are in print. For a certain audience, the GoM's books are pure gold. If you've liked their other books, then you'll like this one. If you're queasy about questioning what you know about the spiritual world, then start with one of the other books on offer. Easy enough, right?

I believe you can glean from the other many glowing reviews that there is indeed something to this working. This review is for those who have a sense of reservation. I have been aware of this book and working for years before I finally decided to go ahead and engage in this process. I was unsure of my commitment to "wealth" and was still working through some inner questions about the relationship between wealth and money and spirituality, which has always been my highest focus and heart's true purpose. I seek peace, humility, and true illumination and I was hesitant to introduce any force that might pull me away from that direction. I was also very hesitant to work with any spirit other than an angel. I knew I was okay with genius spirits as I have had SUCH a blessed experience with the master protection ritual and absolutely love and trust those consciousnesses from direct experience. Demons, or "Ariel spirits", on the other hand, I was at about a 10% chance of working with. I put this book aside. However, as my life progressed, and I continually gained more and more spiritual progress, it never stopped being clear that I also needed to focus on my financial well being. I needed help! I had started my spiritually based business in the fall of 2019 and was doing okay, I was a beginner and still very centered in working-class consciousness. Around April 2020 I began my work of "Success Magick" and finished that at the end of 2021. My business and my thought process around money and work (and success) flourished beyond my imagination. I found my spiritual connection deepened and stabilized too. Sometime during 2021 I worked through another book designed for financial abundance, that only worked with angels. And did a few other rituals concerning wealth and money and found my income steady and increasing. It was at this point I decided that I was ready to commit to wealth because I finally got over the feeling that there was a danger to my spiritual growth in it and because it finally clicked for me just WHY I really wanted to have robust financial well being. I left the old definition of wealth behind and found the deeper purpose in financially thriving. So that is my first recommendation: Get really clear on what you want and what "wealth" really means to you, and WHY. Secondly- the demonic spirits. I was really hesitant to work with them, and the book clearly states not to undertake if you are afraid. So I started the working with the inner permission to only work with the angels if I felt like that was right for me. When I got the the third working, you encounter a spirit named Calvarnia, who is, from my research, an "Ariel" spirit, but some say a demon. I asked Marnez, genius of the discernment of spirits, to guide me and help me to know his true nature. I can't remember clearly what happened, but it was revealed to me that he was friendly, kind, helpful, and a very sweet entity. I went ahead, still cautious, and found that the energy of this spirit is all of these things. A great friend. I'm now on working 5 and have learned SO much from these non-angelic spirits about the nature of working with all aspects of creation and all aspects of ourselves. I am extremely sensitive and discerning, and I have found that all of the spirits in this book thus far are kind and safe. The money that I have received and earned, in a continually increasing fashion, has all come ethically, with no manipulation or subversion and the services rendered has been exponentially helpful and healing to those who received it. I suppose what is the most amazing to me is the change in my thoughts and beingness, I now feel like I am in a new class. I feel wealthy. I look wealthier. I have a wealth of love in my life. I have a wealth of good fortune around me. I have a wealth of health and beauty. It is a charmed life! Whenever any one asks me how I am, I have to report that everything is basically the way I've always wanted it. I wish everyone would commit to this working. It is such a gift. So, if you're worried about using this working because of spirits that are not angels, do your research, ask your heart and maybe Marnez, and then GO FOR IT. Keep yourself attuned to the wonder and awe of everything that is opening in your life and keep asking the question: HOW DID I GET TO BE SO WEALTHY??? I bought this book in 2021, it has been on my shelf for ages, I never felt prepared to use it. I'm glad I never did, I know it works, I'm sure was going to give me some results, but gladly along the ride I have come through the knowledge and realization of the irrefutable process of death. We are all going to die, and reborn again. Along the process of becoming the wheel of fortune rounds in cycles, one day you're the king, the other day you're servant, the attachment for desires keeps the wheel running during aeons of time and what's the point of getting wishes fulfilled when you can be the source of all riches through the divine knowledge that you're not separate from anything. Attachment for desires is the way the devine devil within all of us keep us repeating the same mistakes, it's enough for me. Please don't get me wrong I won't refuse any money, or want to live in poverty, but what's the point of making a contract with a demon for money? it's in the last ritual of the book. I rather die in poverty and gain liberation from this realm, we all know the spiritual realm is real, we are dealing with entities, but delusion is the vice the Devil uses the propose us in make bad choices. It's not the Devils fault, he is just doing his job, I appreciate him, I recognize him, and I love and heal the devil within me. In fact there are no angels without Demons, I would use money for charity being millionaire, there are to many self centered people in the world, but it works in this fashion, it's part of the game. I still hit the lottery sometimes, but I pray to source to only give me the money if does not interfere with the process of my liberation out of samsara. It's a paradox and that's why I play.

Made it past the angels of omnipotence and it’s not as scary as everyone makes it sound (esp videos on YouTube). I just felt a bit tired and slightly on edge but nothing alarming by any means. Looking forward to the 3rd working!

To all of those reading this review, this book provides an in depth yet simple set of protocols which when combined with focus, dedication and the correct mind set will shift reality and bend time to grant you an amazing life of wealth and prosperity.
