It took about 4-6 weeks, but wow have these helped far more than I could’ve imagined! I take one in the morning and one in the evening to try to keep it level in my system. For me, these pills have alleviated extreme moodiness, hot flashes and night sweats, bizarre tingling in my hands and I sleep better! I have been on for almost a year. When I run out for a few days the symptoms come right back, worth every penny!

I purchased these based on the reviews. I had been on HRT for many years and finally wanted to stop. I was off of HRT for 15 months, within a few weeks I was getting many of the symptoms I had 9 years ago. I was getting hot flashes, foggy brain, fatigued, moody, severe headaches, vaginal dryness (within 3 months) and little to no sex drive. It was unbearable and frustrating. When I started doing some research on different natural ways to tame this beast we call menopause, I was surprised to find Her Harmony had many natural ingredients that could possibly give me back some control of my symptoms. I ordered one bottle (60 capsules) to try for one month. When the product arrived, I took 2 capsules right away. Nothing really happened as I expected but, day two I took 2 capsules in the morning and noticed within a couple of hours that I was not getting the crazy hot flashes during the day and minimal during the night. My foggy brain was starting to clear but, headaches persisted. Day 3 was a magical day for me! I noticed the hot flashes did not occur during the day, minimal in the evening so that I was actually sleeping thru the night. I started to notice some vaginal wetness and my sex drive was in full swing! Alleluia.....I was so happy to finally get back to some normalcy after a year of trying different things that just didn’t work. I am still finishing my first bottle and noticing that every day there is more and more improvement. By Day 7, continuing with 2 capsules in the morning, I noticed that I had more energy, foggy brain cleared completely, happier moods and my headaches had disappeared. Life is good and I feel like myself again! I will definitely be purchasing more and highly recommend to anyone who is going thru menopause.Side note: Pills are not tiny and may be difficult to swallow for some people. I noticed after swallowing the capsules sometimes it leaves a stale after taste in your mouth. Be sure to drink lots while taking it to avoid this effect.

It was working great,helping with hot flashes,but then the last couple of months it doesn't seem to help with hot flashes at all!! **UPDATE** They confirmed that they did NOT change the formula and they refunded me for 1 order.I'm not sure if they changed their formula or started buying lower quality ingredients, but it's very disappointing.

I've been using this product for about 3 months now and I am feeling more balanced and much less "hormonal", especially at that crucial time of the month. While the edginess and irritability is not gone completely, it is definitely much more tolerable, thank goodness. Even my husband has noticed a difference, and that's saying something! I'm going to continue using this product, for sure. Thanks.

I was waiting to review this item, after I had actually used it and long enough to see results.When I first got it, I just added them to my regular handful of supplements, to gulp down and try not to choke on. Then, I decided to try another way. I mix a fiber drink each morning, so instead of "gulping" a pill down, I break them open and put the powder in the capsule in my fiber drink. Then, I also started doing this with my other tablet supplements and noticed an improvement right away.I was really struggling with the mood swings, hot flashes and dark days, that comes along with going through menopause, as I am just entering the world of nightmares, at this point. Very painful cycles, lots of swelling, and just flat out, the most miserable person I could be around.After a couple of weeks of breaking open these capsules and putting them in my fiber drinks, my painful cycles are almost pain free. That was a miracle, in and of itself. The mood swings are less moody and the swelling has even started subsiding, during the cycles.After all the over the counter products I have tried, in the hopes of finding something that really works and isn't all just advertising, I can honestly say, this "Her Harmony" is REALLY WORKING!Even my husband has noticed the changes in my overall attitude on life, events, anything and even he is saying how much it is helping. He can also tell the difference, if I forget to take this for a couple of days straight. He can see the difference, even when I can't see it, in myself.So, with that, if you are asking yourself, if there is any kind of a miracle to feel better during menopause, I have to say, for over the counter, this is it. I only purchased my first round, based on customer feedback and I am glad now, that I did. This is really helping me and actually making the transistion of the "menstral / menopause chaos" much easier to get through.I am very glad I started using this. I took a half a capsule, and this product made me sick to my stomach, I was nauseated I started hallucinating.......I started hearing ringing in my ears and it made my chest hurt! Run, run run. I don't know what they told you is in this product but it's not a good by and not worth the money. and Now i can’t return it. That's just foul it was a complete waste of my money. I do not recommend this product. The smell is awful.
