Ubiquinol 100 mg (Kaneka QH, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Heart Support, Energy Support), 150 Softgels

I used a coQ10 for years. After reading an article about the difference between CoQ10 and the ubiquinol form, I decide to give the ubiquinol form a try. I looked at a lot of reviews and companies that made it and decided on this company, which seemed of high quality. After taking it for a few days, I did notice a difference - a much less achy feeling. It is not Amazon Prime so the package did take a lot longer to arrive about 1.5 weeks. I will continue buying this product.

I was advised by my cardiologist to use this product after I suffered arrhythmia. It has helped with the arrhythmia. I take it because CoQ10 is advised for healthy heart function and this form of CoQ10 claims to be more readily assimilated, and so said my cardiologist. Preliminary studies have shown that CoQ10 may slow, but not stop, the progression of Alzheimer's disease. I don't know if the CoQ10 helped me or not, but a brain CT scan that was taken (because I suffered odd symptoms while lying flat on my back) revealed that my brain is free of any "spots", according to the neurologist. He wouldn't commit himself to anything further than that, but he continually stared and commented on the complete lack of what he called normal "spots" that occur in the aging brain, as he and I sat and stared at the image of my brain on the screen. All I could see within the area of the gray matter was a perfectly smooth, spotless blank. Well, it looked blank to me. While he was fascinated by it, I kept thinking it looked like I had an empty head! My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Besides prayer and this form of CoQ10, I have no explanations why my brain would be 100% free of those "spots" -- whatever they are.

Why take the cheap, synthetic, co-q-10 products? After doing much research of brands of Ubiquinol, Healthy Origins seemed to be, the best choice. 1st bought it for my parent with high blood pressure & cholesterol. I then read that ubiquinol was proven to stop further damage progressing from IGA Nephropathy(Berger's Disease). So began buying it for my son, also. It seems that 100 mg in the am and 100 mgs in the pm is the best dose for Berger's Disease. I was happiest with the ingredients of this product above all others. Also love that there's 150 capsules instead of only 30 or 60. The only improvement, I could hope for would be, an amber colored glass bottle instead of the plastic packaging but we can't have everything! Jarrow's brand was cheaper but caused stomach upset & I wasn't happy with some of the filler ingredients. Will continue to buy Healthy Origin's Ubiquinol for my loved ones.

This is a great supplement and recommend highly.

This brand of CoQ10 was recommended to me by a medical professional. It is easy to take and although I can't tell this soon how effective it is, I have a good feeling that it is doing the job it is ment to do.

After using different brands, I like this one the best. I will continue to purchase it.
