Rimmel Finishing Touch Ultra Shine Top Coat Nail Polish, Ultra Shine, 0.4 Fluid Ounce

BEST Top Coat I've used, never has a top coat performed so well. It is the longest wearing, at least a week chip free. I love the unique wide brush & the shine. I'm stocking up on this one.

I like the brush in the product which helps getting on the top coat evenly on the nails

Nice shiny top coat, but it does not last for ten days. I have yet to find a top coat that last that long, you can get five six days tops before you notice the chipping in the corners.

I was giving this top coat until the second try before I wrote a review, just to make sure it wasn't just a fluke that it worked so well. In LOVE. I got this as a freebie in a gift set I won at a baby shower. I used Rimmel eyeliner for a while and loved it so I was excited to give another one of their products a try. Last week I used it with Sally Hansen and this week with OPI. The Sally Hansen chipped slightly but I think that was more because of that polish (sorry, Sally. Not the first time you have disappointed me). This week, I tried the top coat with an OPI shade I have. I painted my nails Saturday night, and it is now Thursday night. No chips! I was showing a girlfriend of mine my nails last night and she was impressed. She also uses OPI and painted her nails on Monday and they had chipped by Wednesday. I should also add that my nails are very brittle and tend to chip and peel easily. Not this week! Totally love this stuff. Does it last ten days? Eh, I don't know and I probably won't find out because I get so bored with color and will want to change it up this weekend. But I definitely believe it would come close to lasting that long. Side note- the Cutex single pack felt pad nail polisher remover is also worth the money!

I absolutely love this top coat! I have tried many brands of top coats ranging from the cheap $1 to the $9 OPI, and let me tell you...this is my favorite! I used to be able to get this at Walmart for about $3.50, but it appears that they have stopped carrying it. Such a shame! It has a nice, wide professional brush, dries pretty quickly, and has a wonderful shine after it dries. With two coats of polish and two thin coats of this top coat, my manicure will generally last for about a week...even longer if you re-apply when you start noticing wear on your nails. I love the look of professional manicures, but I prefer to do my own, because I can do them much cheaper, and honestly, I take more time with the details so they look nicer, and for some reason they last longer. I give full credit to this top coat!

I tried this topcoat for the first time 4 months ago and absolutely fell in love!! I used to get shellac manicures, but stopped for a while to save some money. Best decision I ever made!! As long as you apply 2 coats of polish, and then a thick coat of this, you'll be chip free for at least 10 days! It dries hard and doesn't smudge or get indentations, and is so shiny it looks like a shellac/professional mani/pedi! I get compliments all the time! I am stocking up on this top coat!!!

Wasn't super impressed with this topcoat. It was shiny but nothing spectacular. I'll keep it in my polishes as a back up. I paid full price for this item and this is my opinion.

It is a good product. It gives a nice shine effect on top of other nail varnish or on it own and it lasts for about one week before it starts pilling off
