Best head harness
This is my 3rd head harness - including the DMoose one. This is BY FAR the best. Comfortable, easy to use, can support heavy weights without the velcro coming loose. Stays snug on my head as I do the exercises. Highly recommend.

Be a triangle, not a square
This is very durable and has plenty of support. You can hook up any weight probably a couch end. Straps ain't too comfortable and chain can pull your beard hair but hey

Good harness. You should be using one. Why not try this inexpensive, quality option?
Good harness. Chain is a little short but it works, especially for the price. Be smarter than your neck harness. Don't assume the padding always has to be on your forehead. Put it on "backwards" for neck extensions, so the velcro is in front. Put the "chinstrap" behind your head for cable neck flexion so the chain pulls straight against your forehead. Great piece of training equipment that more people should implement and far fewer should poke fun at. Yes, it looks silly but so do the faces you make when you do anything hard in the gym and (hopefully) no one feels compelled to film those. This device has been a staple of my training for years and, even when I'm slacking off in the gym, I still look good with a shirt on because I have a muscular neck. Start with plain old extensions with ten or so pounds, work up to sets of fifty most days then add weight. You probably never need to go over 50 lbs/24 kilos. Just add reps when you get there. It's your cervical spine after all. This will help keep it healthy, potentially reducing concussion occurrence and neck injuries. And you'll look better to boot. Buy one and have fun. This is a great option if you're contemplating exercising your neck.

Great for Mixed Martial Arts specific training
I’ve been doing “yes’s and no’s” for years, as well as modified neck bridges (as to not damage the spine) to strengthen my neck for martial arts. If you engage in grappling that heavily emphasizes wrestling, this is a good piece of equipment that you can throw in your bag and take with you when you weight train. A strong neck is pretty necessary for MMA specific wrestling and takedowns. Even though you don’t use your neck as much in Judo, there are some Nage Waza that does require some neck strength. Striking also requires neck strength, but I’d rather move my head than depend on my neck muscles and taking it when a strike is coming toward my noggin! If you are an aesthetic athlete (like a body builder) neck building does give you an overall better look, IMO. I’d recommend this to any athlete who either requires a strong neck for use (like for grappling arts), or if you are body building for aesthetics.

NOT washing machine safe.
Works great, but was ruined in the washing machine. Buying another, and will hand wash it I guess.

If you have upper back/ neck problems, this could be worth 100X what you'll pay.
I purchased this to use at the gym to keep my upper back and neck in shape and its been worth one hundred times what I paid for it. I have upper back issues that has led me to multiple round of physical therapy. The therapy helps as do prescribed exercises, but I wanted a way to incorporate mild strength training of my upper back/ neck into my workouts, so I bought this. The device came well packaged alone in a box. I wish a tote or small drawing bag was included, but I had such a bag laying around the house that I would up using to carry it around at the gym. I have this adjusted to my smallish head and it fits me perfectly, though I have a friend with a slightly larger head that also uses it and the Velcro adjustment makes it easy. I imagine it would fit anyone perfectly. I generally use this attached to a cable machine with between 10 and 30 pounds of weight. I hook the cable to the double-upped chain and then bracing my self with extended arms I simply tilt my head back/ chin up ten to fifteen times. I then unhook the chain and attach the cable to the temple lopped and tilt my head to the side ten to fifteen times. I repeat that for my other side to complete a full set. I do this routine 2 -3 times a week with one of my work outs and it has kept the doctors and physical therapists away. Just for the value in that if I could give this 100 stars, I would. Since five stars is the most I can give, I give this five stars.

Goo d enough
Works how it was intended though the d rings rub on my ears. Wish they would have used a strip of material for a length then used the d rings so it didnt rub so much.
