Change Your Aura, Change Your Life: The Complete Meditation Guide

I am Studying this book to begin attending the Spiritual Arts on-line courses. So far,I have three books by Barbara Y. Martin : Dmitri Moraitis; Audible; Kindle; paperbacks; CD's. They have replaced all reading materials! I spend EVERY second that I have absorbing these fascinating; INFORMATIVE; extremely well written / well-spoken, accurate, Truthfilled, life changing, fascinating Materials!, After 55 years of Spiritual Growth & Development; which included MANY courses, seminars and study-guides, my only regret is that I did not KNOW about Barbara long before 2015!! Now, I feel like I have ALL that I need to direct my Life on this straight and narrow Path. Based on Truths that I embraced over the years, Barbara's no-nonsense insights hit me in the heart with relief that expands and fills my whole being! I had plenty of Facts, but the expansion of the Facts is beyond amazing!I have NO qualms what-so-ever while listening or reading. Every idea is thought provoking and takes me back to the original Truth that I embraced ages ago. Many details require advanced thinking and feeling, with no sens of Judgement...just the willingness to recognize and appreciate Truth as it is absorbed. Not once have I heard something that elicits the sense and response of "No, that's Not True." I has been totally calm Joy!CHILLS cover me as I am reminded of the moments in the past when I first heard or learned particular Spiritual Truths, as described by Barbara. There is not a cell in her body that would be party to misinformation or misleadng Students on their Journey! I will UPDATE this message after I've spent time in their Courses! My daughter has followed in my footsteps, but thankfully - she will skip the steps that didn't work for me. She is already in the First Course. I can SEE and HEAR her progress. I am so Grateful!

The first book I read from Barbara was "The Healing Power of Your Aura" (see my 5 star review). After reading, I set up an appointment to have my Aura read because the beautiful colors Barbara described in her book were what I saw during my daily meditations. (I'm an artist so I'm already connected to colors and inspiration flowing through while painting, but what's great is you don't have to see the colored energies for them to benefit you!!!) Dimitri, the co-author of both books said it would be good to read "Change Your Aura, Change Your Life" prior to the Aura reading, so I did. Barbara read my Aura amazingly accurate. For someone else to see what's in our thoughts, our heart and emotions is pretty interesting! We can pretend, be fearful, make up stories, be envious OR be honest, charitable and loving. Everything shows in our Aura. Everything Barbara says rings true for me. (& I'm not easily swayed!)so I started taking her classes, now on my 3rd class called "The Secret of Consciousness". Barbara and Dimitri are extremely intellegent, kind, non-judgemental, walk the talk and have so much to share for those who are ready. I am forever grateful to all that they teach me. Barbara's teachings and these books are a gift just waiting for us...Sorry I didn't describe the actual book but it's about calling on specific energies from the higher while meditating so you may experience all the beauty that life has to offer...and more!

These were good, but I got a little bored and disintereted to tell the truth abou half way thru. Not sure how long it's been since i bought them but haven't felt too inclined to listen again or even try to finish them. Maybe one day my interest will come full circle and I"ll listen again.Hey, might just be me of course.. The woman who created this is a wonderful speaker and has a very loving energy, just couldn't keep me on course long enough to get through to the end.Blessings and peace,Susan Pharis

I first learned of Barbara & Dimitri through their book, "Communing with the Divine," which I highly recommend. I enrolled in their "Change Your Aura, Change Your Life" class last spring & purchased both book & this companion audio version with meditations. I began listening & relistening to the info content in the beginning as I walked my dog. Then I would choose one or two Ray meditations each morning to listen to, before I even enrolled in the class, during the course, and there are times I still choose to listen to Dimitri's or Barbar's beautiful, uplifting specific Color Ray Meditation. For me, Barbara is in such integrity, is providing Wisdom in a way I had not heard before that my Heart & Soul waited to reunite with again.

Excellent, excellent companion to the book, Change Your Aura, Change Your Life. It's likely just as excellent as a standalone tool to help you change your life although I used it in conjunction with the book. Regardless, you really can change your life for the better with the knowledge you'll gain from Barabara and Dimitri. Name the attribute you need to change in your life - love, prosperity, courage, etc. - and by applying what you learn with the CD's your life will change. You will learn how to build up your spiritual bank account and how to draw from it as needed to create the life you want to live! Invest in this,...then listen and practice - you will be glad you did!

A very helpful way to introduce yourself to the art of meditative prayer. It makes it so easy to understand the concept and how and why it's important to do each thing. I have the books too but I love this when I don't have time to read.

This is an extremely informative guide on CD (sound), spoken expertly by Barbara and Dimitri, on the method of meditation discussed in their book of the same name.
