I should have read other reviews before purchasing. It did not occur to me that I might not be purchasing a new in box item and I saw no fine print. I received an open box that had been taped back together containing 92 tampons (not 96 as advertised). And four of them were a different absorbency than the rest of the box. There is a label on the side of the box that says it is a return, used, and customer who returned them didn't like them. This is a feminine hygiene item so this entire scenario is so unsatisfactory.

Lasted almost three months

the box came open! the seal/glue wans't intact, and the entire box was falling apart. this being the product that it is, no one can accept it in this condition. i got a refund and ordered another, but i'll be very angry if the box comes once again open. it's just a waste
