Does this mix include the wooden sticks?

No, it does not. But when you purchase your gluten free hotdogs (we recommend Nathan's brand-they are the best) you can purchase the shush-kabob sticks at the same time and they are very inexpensive and you just cut them in half, they are perfect! The difference is is that it's Gluten free where as the ones you buy at the store are not. Yes, there is a best use by date on it.
