With COVID-19 taking over the nail salons and shutting them down, I needed something to make my nails grow and be strong in the mean time. I can't paint my nails to save my life and when I had to take my Dip Powder off, my nails looked terrible! Using this product has greatly improved my nails texture, strength and allowed them to grow. The bottle says to take one, but I started off taking 2 pills to help build up the vitamin in my body faster. I have not had any reverse effects, someone people can break out with pimples with too much biotin, but I have not had that issue. They are small pills and easy to take. No funny smell to them either! I think my hair is getting stronger and seems to be growing at a rapid pace as well. That could be wishful thinking or these pills, but either way I recommend them!

I received this item on October 14th and so far I have noticed a big difference in my nails. First off these pills have no flavor and are very easy to swallow. My nails are noticeably stronger. They use to be thin, very fragile and break very easily. In the short time of taking these I have not had any breaks even in the cold cleaning stales and prepping for winter. I have not seen a difference in my hair yet but that is due to nails typically show results faster than our hair. I just started to get back into a proper diet and workout routine so hopefully with the mix I will see results with my hair soon enough. For now though I am enjoying my strong long nails!

Unfortunately this made me break out but I think other than that it was really good at didn't make me feel sick or anything It just made me break out. But I'm pretty sure it was helping with my hair so might help you.
