this cheese is so tasty. I’m sure I’ll be ordering it again sooner than I had intended!

I have always purchased small wedges of parmesan cheese from grocery stores, and bought the jars of grated parm cheese.I didn't like the filler - cellulose, that is added to about every brand of grated parmesan cheese out there.Also these grated parms were too salty.Then researched the real deal: Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese from Italy.Compared cheeses and ratings on amazon, then decided to order this one.Cheese came very well insulated and wrapped.Couldn't wait to try it...cut off a little piece, and...WOW!!I thought I had been eating parmesan cheese before...however this was absolutely delicioso, and the best parmesan cheese I have ever eaten.Full rich flavor, not too salty, just right, nice texture, just wonderful.This will be my go to parmesan cheese from now on.Also, I am going to grate this cheese, instead of buying the "cellulose parm cheese."I cut the cheese into about 5 pieces, wrapped each piece in parchment paper, then into a vac seal plastic bag.One bag in the frig, and the other bags in the deep freeze.Love this parm!

OMG It tastes absolutely WONDERFUL! I LOVE it. & don't even get me started on how great they packaged it for shipping! Vacuum sealed the cheese. Then wrapped in paper and placed in an insulated shipping bag, along with frozen gel packs. Then sealed up and wrapped in paper again. Talk about wrapping for previous cargo. They definitely care about their product & service to their customers. 5 Stars, for flavor, packaging, & shipping in a timely manner, hand down! Excellent experience all the way around 😁

This parmigiana reggiano is impressive and excellent. I ordered 2 lbs and got it (came from an Italian market in NY to SoCal) in just a few days. Packed in Mylar with a freezer bag. I first thought “how am I going to store 2 lbs of this cheese as” it’s just the two of us and even though we love real parmigiana. My daughter reminded me that we put it on scrambled eggs, veggies, baked potatoes, et al. The price can’t be beat and the taste and texture is absolutely delicious. I’m back for their pecorino Romano now. TY!

Puts grocery store cheese to shame!

Great value! Shipped quickly via FedEx & wrapped with care inside 2 layers of insulation. Since it’s usually such an expensive cheese…I’ve only ever seen small wedges of it at my local market & couldn’t envision what a 2 lb piece would look like. It’s massive!LOL! Real 18+ mth parmigiano is so much tastier than bland parmesan though that I might not have to freeze any.Highly recommended!

Maybe I'm used to domestic cheeses, but this block is huge and very salty, can only use a little at a time. This piece will last forever.
