Probably 2 to 3 hours of decent projection calming down to a noticeable scent for another 4 hours or so. Basically a work day or night out. Given the price I'd say about average and no worse than any mainstream designer fragrance you could buy on the high Street.

Is this similar to Cool Water or something like that?

I have bought this item many times as gifts, Everyone wanted to know were I'd got it from so that they could get more, sorry that's not answering your question but it would be a good one to try,
