This is a great pan that I use for 90% of my cooking needs. It is sturdy and looks like it will last a lifetime. That being said, it does require a little maintenance. The pan must be cleaned with a soft sponge and hot soapy water. The pan has to be dried immediately after wash otherwise water stains will develop from the dissolved salts in the tap water. The pan is meant be used over low to Medium heat. It heats evenly and is great for browning food. It resembles a All-Clad triply pan but costs a third of it. The Lid heats up while cooking. Food doesn't stick while cooking as long as you know how to use stainless steel cookware. I would suggest reading up on the topic and deglazing before buying this pan. Throw away your non-stick and aluminum cookware and shift to stainless steel and cast iron for your family's health.

It's a Good sturdy pan, easy clean as well. Its not non stick so definitely it would be wrong to expect that food won't stick to pan. Even it sticks it's very easy to clean. Does the job well at medium flame. Very good Curries, gravy kind of Subzi and Dals. Extremely dry to food may stick to pan. So for that non stick are better, but for everyday cooking this is best. And ofcourse it is even No Harm Cooking unlike Non-stick woks and Pan. You can consider it for sure. It may be expensive for many, but it worth buying somthing for years then to keep buying again n again low grade utensils. Even after months of use, my pan still Shines.

You can create some really good dishes with this sauce pan, it easily feeds a family of 4, which is well enough for me. The heat distribution is even and it heats up rather quickly for it being a stainless steel pan. Field sturdy and bulky but in a good way. Tbe built quality is superb, overall a great product and you should go for it

This is my first triply utensil and I couldn't love it more! I have a non-stick pan which was used practically everyday, however over the last few years I grew wary of non-stick. Nevertheless, I wasn't able to find a good replacement for it. This triply pan is just the answer! I have cooked, fried and even made a one-pot pasta dish in it and I love it. It is durable, food doesn't stick if you know how to use it and cleans extremely easily. The quality is great too.

I am writing this review after its multiple use. I used it in various dishes and here is feedback for same: 1.Potstickers-food stuck badly, and at the end had to use non stick pan only. maybe 5ply one may work 2.Chicken- gave an amazing crust to fried chicken. Worked well for chicken curry as well. 3.Egg Curry-tried to fry boiled egg in the same but it stuck badly. Curry was finished without any hassle. 4.Vegetable-Tried making mix veg in it and the dish turned out to be great. Overall good pan, easy to clean. If food gets stuck in it just fill it with water and leave it for 15 min and you are good to go. No complaint regarding its quality and sturdiness
