Fine quality. Beautiful wood color

Wife loves it!
I purchased this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. We hike rocky desert and mountain terrain and she wanted something to help steady her. After I suggested a modern metal one, she requested traditional wood. This handmade walking stick is high quality and truly a work of art.

My walking stick
I had a walking stick for 25 + years, I bought it from Lands End and Loved it, did a great deal of hiking with it.I recently managed to sit on it & broke it. I was heartbroken. I don't hike anymore Its difficult to even walk fast at 73 but I used my stick and walked all over NYC with it.Better then a cane, I look eccentric rather then old & IT GIVES ME STABILITY!I found this new walking stick from Brazos Walking Sticks/Twisted Sweet Gum-48I used it as soon as it arrived (today on time by the way) and its wonderful.Thank you,Brazo & Amazon

Wow! Superb Workmanship
The quality and craftsmanship of this walking stick exceeds my expectations.I bought this for a family member as a gift and I'm going to get one for another family member now.I'm 6'2" and this walking stick would be a little short for myself, but perfect for my aunt.

Solid!
I'm handicapped and for years I used a telescoping trekking pole...very lightweight and collapsible. It worked...it collapsed when I put my weight on it to start down a theater aisle. I'm sure it was almost comical to see me rolling down the aisle, and although I wasn't injured, I vowed to get a more substantial walking stick. This is a very handsome hardwood stick which has already been favorably commented on by a number of people. It's a little heavier than I'm used to, but I don't foresee it collapsing or breaking for a long time. I feel very safe entrusting my whole weight to it (165 lbs.).
